Mistakes in the delivery order. Called them and was told I can pick up the new order. When I went to pick it up the manager simply refused. I dont know how she became the manager. Reading past reviews it's the same story. Don't bother with this location untill they get a new manager.

Fast service and smiley staff serving.The building has been renovated and looks great outside and inside.Bathroom was clean and in good shape.The burgers have an option to be wrapped in lettuce and taste really good.Outside there’s lots of parking and also has handicap parking stall.The building is easily accessible with a wheelchair.Besides the burger meat being raised without hormones and tasting as we all know, they also have a great selection of deserts

I have no words...Let's start with the good... the food seems to be always made to standard, it's mediocre food....the customer service is extremely poor though. Order food? Expect and attitude from the employee. Order a drink? Don't expect it to be part of your complete order. Question the missing drink? How dare you... I'll bring it to your table"

Very disappointed! This is the second time I’ve complained about the quality of their food. If I am paying $6.60 for a poutine I would at least like my moneys worth not half an order. I will not be ordering from here again. Complete waste of time

Gotta say I don't understand the previous reviews? I go to this A&W often and have always been treated wonderfully. The old timers who go there every day are treated very well and usually are addressed by their first names. The food is fast food not great food if you want great food go somewhere else. Besides the coffee is amazing and hot..

It has been awhile since I have been to this location for breakfast. Unlike some of the reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised by the service and attentiveness of the staff. The order was taken quickly and then brought to my table at such a pace that the bacon was still sizzling. I hope the staff gets a chance to read this and realizes what a great job they did this morning.
