OK Tire

Use these guys all the time, Had my engine kick the bucket a while back and they were more than helpful in getting it back up and running, she has been driving smoothly since. Had to get ball joints and front struts done as well. They did an excellent job swapping out the parts and performing a wheel alignment which was done perfectly. Definitely will recommend these guys for all your car needs. :)

I managed to get my suv with a flat tire off the highway to this shop and within 2 hrs my tire was repaired and I was on my way for under $35. I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was. Thank you Ok Tire Woodstock. You saved me today!

Brought in a set of tires to get swapped over onto existing truck rims. They grinded off the paint on the inner rim down to bare metal in some spots. They said they would send the rims out to get repaired so I found a spare set of rims and tires to get by.The repair job was done so poorly there is massive flakes out of there tape lines. Big runs and noticeable paint seems. When I questioned them about the quality of this fix and that I wasn't pleased with it they told me they went over what they could spend to fix there mistake and there was nothing more they could do. Not pleased and will never be back.

I was very new to Woodstock. And I found these guys. I can’t say enough good about them. They listen to what I tell them what is wrong, even being a woman! They know I know my car and loved my car( since had to put it to rest do you an accident) . These guys always do what is best for my safety! And work fast , good priced and very fair. I always send anyone I can there if they are having issues with vehicles and they will be straight out and honest with you! Always. These guys rock!! Looking forward to working with them on the new vehicles !!

Brought my vehicle in to get looked at. Specifically said there was noise which might be a wheel bearing on the drivers side. They quoted me over $800 for an axel shaft repair. I then asked if it was safe to drive I was told yes. Well I choose not to drive it bc it didn't sound like I could until it got repaired.Brought my car to another shop to get that repair done. Turned out I just had a loose tire said I was lucky my tire didn't fall off. No issues at all now.Ok Tire couldn't tell me when I brought it that I had a loose tire. The inspection was done by the owner. Instead he was going to order this part in and have me pay over $800 for this.Just last summer I had to get breaks done and they told me all this other stuff wrong and now I'm wondering if I paid for repairs that wasn't needed. As I get my car serviced often. Paid over $2000 that time.My point here is I brought my car in for inspection which was a loose tire and they couldn't recognize my tire was loose and then told me it was safe to drive.

Not pleased with the quality of their tires. Bought four tires, within 3 months one tire blew. They claimed it was a stone, we took their word for it. Bought another tire. Within another 10 months two tires were bald. Had to buy two more tires. Although we got a warranty rebate, it was at list price so higher cost plus they added a balancing charge which was free before. So in less than 1 year we bought 7 tires. Would not recommend them to anyone.
