This is the best auto shop in London!! They are family owned and literally treat you like one of their own. My dad has been coming here for over a decade and even though I live out of town I make a point to come to Dora auto every time. I’m so thankful for their amazing service and know my car is in the best hands. They definitely go above and beyond and ensure to inform you on what the issues are and how to maintain your vehicle.

Hi, I have completed my repairs at this shop as it was in the accident literally I wasn’t disappointed this much from anything ever there were body gaps, i can see buffing marks, got it checked from somebody else and found out there were old parts used which were rusty and they took full payment from insurance company. Literally I’m never going back to this place ever. Also, when i got back to the owner (robert) with these problems he kept on getting delayed eventually i never got it done

I came here a few months ago to get an oil change and was welcomed with great service. I visited them again when my brakes and rotors were completely done, they diagnosed it and had the parts ready for installation very quick (less than a day). The next day I went to get my brakes and rotors replaced, and had to stay there for a few hours until my car was fixed. They even gave me an iphone charger while I was waiting - they have great service and respect for their customers. Overall, very honest mechanics, this is something I noticed as the other customers waiting in the sitting room with me also had the same positive opinion on their service. I am now a regular customer here. Finding an honest mechanic is hard, so glad I service my car here.

Everyone at this business is 100% professional. Wilson and Rob dealt with me in the office and were amazing. While lance worked on my trans. Dropped it off and work was done in 2 days of my truck being there on a last minute drop off. Thank you guys

Love this auto shop! We have brought our SUV to Dora for a few years now and they are amazing. The staff is friendly, the prices are great and we never feel pressured into any services. When our engine died they gave us plenty options and were able to fix it quickly. We highly recommend them!!

Dora Auto is the only shop I trust with my car. I have been here for tires, oil changes, brakes etc. They are honest, reliable, quick and fair. Everyone is super friendly including Snow the dog :)
