Used to be decent DIY shelf projects at a reasonable price, but lately their quality has gone right into the septic tank. I had to return three of them in a row, and the 4th one never left the store, because the store staff opened a package and verified my story that the stuff is just unusable out of the packaging. Waste of time anymore. Do you guys know what quality control is? Is your QC department staffed with blind people? Shelves that received inadequate glue, or weren't clamped properly, split boards that render a shelf un-usable, can't be assembled. I know these aren't show piece" shelves

I bought two 60 x 30" x 17.5" shelf units & two 30" x 30" x 13.5" shelf units. The design of the units made the overall strength of the shelves very weak. As well

Very poor craftmanship bought 2 of their shelving unit nothing lines up it almost look like they dont test anything they butcher the work to turn a quick profit you really need to have no self respect to ship something so poorly built and still sleep at night

For drivers, expect long waits. Was here 4 hrs and there was only one truck in front of me. Checking at the main office and then turn around in yard to back into a strange dock on the street. It's at an angle, looks easy at first, but there is an electrical pole blocking path in and driveway is curve into the dock. Bizzare
