worst service and staff there are disrespectful and treat people poorly, highly discriminating and don't care for their people ... worst place to work ever do not recommend to anyone wanting to live there or work there.

Why do all the workers sound miserable when they answer the phone, very much felt like a nuisance. But they gave me information. The phone attitude/tone should change considering, they're helping those in need.

They were no help at all, I was turned away at the door. I was told i might have a bed in 3 to 6 months. I've been homeless since August 1st. It's cold these days, hope I don't freeze to death in the streets.
