Crazy busy on my first visit to pick up an online order. The trainer needs to review how people are queued to pay. No differentiation between online orders and walk-ins. Single POS system is not good.Definitely room for improvement, understandable to have teething problems with a green crew though. Hopefully problems are resolved.

Amazing and friendly staff, quick service, very welcoming. Awesome food. Best chicken burger I’ve had in a long time. Food was hot and very tasty. Hubbys pizza was so good. Will be visiting again soon. Great job

Pretty good pizza, friendly staff. Ordered with the app, easy to use. Definitely will visit again. Tasted just like the Pizza Pizza in Thunder Bay.

Extremely unorganized. They only serve one person at a time, even if you are just picking up an order you have placed online before everyone else...makes no sense.

I was trying to get vegetarian slices, but there were none in the display case. Not sure that I understood the system and maybe the man at the cash didn’t understand what I was looking for. Really nice lady offered to make a pizza and include a couple of vegetarian slices for myself, if I could wait 10 - 15 minutes. It was worth it. Now that is customer service. Definitely going back! I didn’t realize there was a place to sit and eat either! Yay!

Had the panzerotti, dough was sweet and inside was not cooked. Great friendly service though. Maybe just need more time as not open that long.
