Brought a spring jacket in that had a 4 inch rip at the bottom. They used s patch then sewed it up. You can barely see the patch work. Very pleased with the repairs. Would highly recommend their service. This is the second time I have used them. Very professional work.

Karen has been working at the Cambridge location for over 25 years and she is the leading tailor here. She is extremely talented and always kind. My only concern is that she often works alone and has much stress on her shoulders. The company should hire ppl to assist her or pay her more for her leading responsibilities.

I ordered a tweed suit from UK and the pants came in way too small. Karen was able to take the excess off the hem and put it in the waist. She did an excellent job and had it done in time for a wedding in Scotland.

I have had my clothes altered by Karen for years. Not only is she skilled but she has suggested unique ways to alter some of my clothing items. My husband and I both highly recommend her. All the people working at this location are both helpful and friendly.
