I have three children and unfortunately all three have problems with dental caries. I have been visiting this dental clinic for a while, but I am not satisfied with the recent service and charges.My 4-year-old daughter had teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment at this clinic when she had mild caries. She had 5 times of cleaning and fluoride treatment in one year, and it is said that it can stop the progression of caries. But just over three months after the fourth fluoride treatment, I found that her dental caries had obviously aggravated. So I called to make an appointment for caries treatment, but the front desk only arranged for her to have a checkup and scaling. Before we saw the doctor, the hygienist quickly finished the 1-minute cleaning because the child's teeth did not have any hard-to-remove calculus. After seeing the doctor, the doctor checked her and confirmed that the caries had rapidly increased and required post-anesthesia treatment. But the treatment cannot be done on the same day, and the receptionist said that the appointment can only be made 6-7 months later at the earliest!But we were still asked to pay for the examination, scaling and fluoride treatment which private insurance refused to cover because it was too short a time since the last treatment.There are two points that I am most dissatisfied with:First, when I made an appointment, I asked for dental caries treatment, but what was arranged for me was only cleaning and examination. Because it has only been three months since the last examination, why can't we have a physical examination and treatment directly? Why not tell them in advance on the phone that there are no caries appointments for six months? At least we might be able to seek help from other clinics.Secondly, they cleaned her teeth and applied fluoride again in just 3 months. They knew that this part of the cost could not be accepted by the insurance company. The child has received fluoride treatment 5 times in one year. If fluoride application is effective, why not wait until the next six months after the original schedule but do it now? If the caries progressed so fast, it showed that fluoride treatment was not effective for her, why did she still perform a one-minute scaling + fluoride treatment?Afterwards, every employee claimed to be irresponsible. The receptionist said that the treatment needs to be decided by the doctor. The hygienist said that the parents should communicate with the receptionist in advance about the charges and insurance reimbursement. The dentist did not inform that the treatment time would be 6-7 months later. The final result is: the parents repeatedly paid money and time, and the child's dental caries did not receive reasonable treatment. The employees think that distributing some toys to make the children happy is a good job, and the clinic earns money repeatedly with peace of mind.The essence of medical care is treatment and humanistic care, which requires empathy and consideration for patients and their families.I may also report to the Quebec Dental Association later.

I had a great experience at the clinic my son had an emergency on a friday and I was able to get a referral to Dr Stephanie Claveau on Monday, procedures done same day.My son is non verbal living with autism,Dr Claveau and her team were kind, gentle and understanding. I live 45 minutes away and wouldn't go anywhere else.Thank you ❤❤

My son, 6 years old, refused to open his mouth to the regular dentist of my whole family. So the dentist referred us to the Pediatric dentist. They are totally awesome. They treated my son so kindly that he gave up on his fear and now goes there with a lot of pleasure. Definitely kids oriented. Great staff, very well trained to deal even with very difficult kids. Our dentist was first Mrs Caroline Quach and then Docteur Marie-Josee PilonI highly recommend them to everybody.

-Reception service is disappointing.-I came here only because I need a general anesthesia consultation. And I told them I just went to children hospital for a check up two weeks ago. But then my son was given a clean up without any prior notice and I got charged for this unnecessary service. I asked them why I got this charge because this is the first time I need to pay for my kids dental appointment. The receptionist told me it is up to different clinic’ policy. She might be right but I would appreciate if she told me before and I could have the opportunity to choose to do it or not to do it.

I have been coming to this place for my 3 girls for about 6 years. Dr. Pilon is simply amazing and excellent at what she does. I highly recommend her and her team if you want your children to be in the best possible hands! Thank you!

What an incredible team!!! My daughter loves coming to the dentist now after having a traumatic experience somewhere else. I can't thank the team here enough!! They are patient, caring an sensitive to the kids needs. They LISTEN TO THE CHILD!!!! Incredible service and knowledge!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!

My son is 4years old, had lot of serious cavities. I have been to several dental cabinets before, and no one took care of him. I emailed this clinic once and they called me for a consultation the next morning. Dre Pilon took great care of my son, and their staff are really friendly. Since my son needed urgent care, they could manage to provide us with a fastest treatment, and yesterday my son's mouth was clean. All cavities were fillfed and crown placed. Dre Pilon and her team did a really great job...i was surprised to see the result and that my son could eat properly since last night. I truely recommend this clinic to other parents....they are really professionals.

Service was great for the past years, until recently it just went downhill. Horrible experience!My daughter had teeth cleaning over a month ago, and the dentist accidentally removed the piece of the filling, saying it was about to fall anyways. They put temporary filling saying it will last couple of months" until they can do the repair.Next available date is OCTOBER! A child with broken tooth has to wait 6 months to do an emergency repair!Ok sure we have temporary filling... which fell off the next week. When we called asking for emergency filling repair they put on the list as priority. 1 month later we get a call giving us an appointment date for teeth cleaning saying: We did not see your daughter for 1 year now... Oh sorry we will put you back on the list and call you back.This is infuriating and just not comprehendable.I am asking to do something about it immediately! I don't want to start posting unnecessary comments on your social media pages."

I only have good things to say about this clinic.The staff is great, the receptionists are very nice.Dr. Marie-Josée and her assistant, Mariana, are simply amazing. They take the time to explain everything and show the kids what they are doing. They are very carrying.And they DO call you back if you are on the waiting list for an appointment.
