Huge O'Loughlin as a physical therapist is awesome!Hugh listened to everything I had to say and took detailed notes. He was very attentive to my concerns and explained to me in detail the treatment and the exercises that should and could be done at home. He also sent me an email copy of an exercise program that was essential to my recovery, he made sure I had the tools to continue my physical therapy routine at home when my sessions were over.I couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist to work with than Huge. Everyone including the Office staff, were friendly and helpful with my work schedule.Huge is very professional and a sharp observer. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of such services. He is a trustworthy practitioner who exceeded my expectations.

I received treatment here for my shoulder injury. Hugh was very professional, thorough and explained everything in detail and in language I could understand. His treatment was hands on and he spent the entire session session with me, unlike at some other places where they hook you up to a machine and leave you.I would definitely recommend Hugh at OT physiotherapy.

I have been to various physiotherapy clinics in Vancouver and Burnaby, but out of all, OT physiotherapy is definitely the one I will be sticking to! Super welcoming staff at the front desk and I loved their environment friendly way of filling out the paperwork! Hugh was very nice and attentive. My situation was explained very clearly to me and so were the exercises I should practice. Thank you so much! My whole time at this facility was nothing but positive. I was sent here due to a worksafe claim and am very glad they did so.The staff were not only knowledgeable but compassionate. They communicated well, making sure I understood what my program was for and how it was meant to help with my recovery as well as encouraging discussion and eager to hear my opinions on things.While there were expectations from worksafe about where I was supposed to be recovery wise by the end of my program, the clinic staff were far more interested in helping me to set reasonable goals in the short term and moving them forward as we went, so it didn't feel like a huge or impossible challange.Most importantly, the only negative experience I had in my long time there was many of the other patients. If you, as a patient, are not willing to discuss your progress, take advice, or set reasonable expectation, even if that means not being at exactly the same functionality ayou had prior to an injury, then you will be likely unsatisfied. And you will drag others around you down with your constant complaining and bad mouthing of the hard working clinicians.I can sincerely say that the people working here care about your recovery and want to work with you to get there. My knee is exponentially better after working with them that it had ever been after any injury before.

I took my first ever physiotherapy session here. I had very awesome experience here. Hugh was my physiotherapist. He is very patient and professional. With his help, I recovered really fast from my injury. Also, the receptionist, Angela( if I remember it right), always greeted me with a big smile on her face. I was so surprised she can even remember my name during my 2nd visit. I felt being very welcomed.I will definitely recommend this place

I was recommended to Huge O'Loughlin as a physical therapist after a very disappointing experience at another facility in Burnaby, near my home. I didn’t mind the 30 minute drive it took from my place because the treatments were worth it.I injured my shoulder in April 2016 while at work. After My first shoulder surgery, Huge could see that something still wasn’t right with my shoulder, so he encouraged me to check back in with the Surgeon. He was right, I needed a second procedure to remove a large bone that had broken off during the first surgery.Hugh listened to everything I had to say and took detailed notes. I attended OT for OR1 and physiotherapy after having lower back surgery. Leo, Troy and Patricia were phenomenal to work with. They're very friendly, understanding and patience during my rehab. I eventually moved onto a GRTW program where I continued my physiotherapy treatments with Troy for active pain management and strengthening exercises tailored to my specific needs. I am now painfree from my injury/surgery. I would definitely recommend them.
