TLC Home Renovations

We had TLC home renovations completely demo our small full bathroom down to the studs and rebuild into a beautiful space. Zana thoroughly explained what he would be doing, inspired me with ideas, and set a timeline that he carried out. They discovered mistakes made by the previous builder and corrected what was behind the walls. I am extremely happy with the outcome, and will again reach out to TLC home renovations for my next upcoming renovation, would highly recommend.

We recently redid our entire bathroom with TLC Renos: we converted our bath to a standup shower, tiled the floor and shower walls, got a new toilet and vanity. We were very happy with the end results, as well as the speed, communication and overall process. The pricing was also quite reasonable. We really love our new bathroom.Working with Zana and his partner has been absolutely amazing. He is highly responsive and was also very flexible and helpful in his advice for us (on top of just being an overall nice guy.) He was reassuring us as we were stressing over what grout color to pick and was overall very calming and pleasant to work with. They also stayed within the budget and timeline.This was our first project with TLC and we are already comitting to redoing our downstairs bathroom with them as well (among other possible projects like our kitchen.) I highly recommend this crew to anyone looking to do some renos.

Zana and his partner are amazing. They are efficient, trustworthy and knowledgable with everything they do. They focus on all details, big and small, which ensures the best outcome for the final result. They were so pleasant to work with, we plan on working with them again and we already recommend them when we can. As a busy family of 5, we are so happy.

I got three quotes for a home renovation to duplex my basement. TLC Home Renovations had the best price and we’re available to start quickly. (Unfortunately just before I was going to start my renovations Covid hit and things were put on hold ) But once work resumed they came every day and worked efficiently and were very courteous and respectful. They cleaned up their messes and kept the place organized and tidy. They let me know when they were waiting for the electrician and they weren’t going to be there the next day. They always communicated if there was something that I needed to address.Their workmanship was excellent and the two man team worked well together. From start to finish each step of the renovation was very well planned out. The progress from when they started to put the walls together and drywall and paint was amazing to watch. My basement went from dingy ugly out of style , to a modern beautiful creation. They even repaired some work done by a prior contractor that did NOT do his job well. TLC Home Renovations is able to do all the different work with skill and care. I’m so pleased with the outcome and the value for my money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a large or small project. They are well worth the money you spend. Great value and great workmanship. Five star

Zana was incredible!! At the last minute we had to Reno our bathroom before moving in. We also needed new flooring upstairs on the second floor. He did an amazing job in a really quick time frame. Clear communication, he worked with me to make sure it was all perfect. He went out of his way to fix another wall that he noticed needed some work. The tile work was impeccable!! Zana and his partner were kind, professional, worked with me on my budget and I can't say enough how happy we are with the quality of work. Will definitely be hiring them again for future Reno's!!

We were initially happy with the work done by TLC Renovations. However, a few months after remodelling our bathroom their work contributed to a leak in our ceiling. They did not properly install the shower causing water to constantly spray onto the floor and they left a gap in the baseboards causing water to gradually accumulate and leak over time. Not only did they refuse to take any responsibility, but the owner also became rude, disrespectful and belittling. I have never been spoken to that way before. Buyer beware. Do not recommend.

We hired TLC to reno our bathroom - putting in a new tub, tiling the surround, removing a bulk head, and cleaning up the ceiling. My wife and I are very happy with the results! It feels like a brand new bathroom. Zana and his partner were attentive to our preferences, easy to communicate with, and offered fair pricing. We would recommend this company!
