Shanon was very helpful and efficient, I was on the phone for about 15 minutes and had a quote in hand by the time I hung up. Was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The trailer was ready within a day or 2, very quick.

Shanon at Bluewater Trailers was excellent and helpful to work with. The facility is bright, clean, nicely laid out and well stocked. When I picked up my 5' x 10' Utility, everything was ready, check out went smooth and quick and I was heading home in about 30 minutes. Kudos to all.

In January of 2023 our Company had our work trailer stolen, After seeing a colleagues Blue Water Trailer up close and noticing the quality inside and out, I reached out to Shanon Benini and explained my need for a trailer. Even though we had not received any insurance money at that time, Shanon went to bat for us to make sure our new trailer could be put on hold until our funds were received.We are very pleased with the service at Blue Water Trailers, Shanon was not available on the day of pickup, However Shaun Swooped in and took care of us.The Trackem GPS Units that we purchased at the time of pickup work great once set up.

I live 7 hours away and ordered my new trailer over the phone with Shaun. He was very helpful and had my trailer ordered the same day. Pick up was just as easy, and in less than 30 minutes I was on the road with my new 6x15 Legend enclosed trailer. It is the best built trailer I have ever owned. Bluewater has all your trailer needs.

I purchased from Bluewater Trailers because they have a good reputation. I was not disappointed. The purchase from Shanon was easy, as she is knowledgeable about the products and helped me with options and financing choices. The real test always comes after the sale. I had a couple questions about our trailer and Shanon and the Service team had answers quickly. I also missed checking a box when ordering our trailer, for the crome center caps, a small issue for sure. Shanon ordered them for me and they were delivered within 3 days . I passed a lot of Dealers on my way to Bluewater, it's about a 2 1/2 hour trip from home, but they are worth the drive. I highly recommend Shanon & Bluewater Trailers. We will purchase any future trailers from them.Rick D
