Hometurf Lawn Care

This is the second season that we are using the Hometurf Lawn Care services since we moved to this address and we are very happy with their service. They always let you know about your schedule in advance and leave the report of work done and if there is any problem they will come back to fix it. Well deserved price for the service provided.

This company is frustrating to deal with for a few reasons. They did not take care with their services in my yard and pushed over part of a small brick wall during one of their visits. While I could later reassemble it, it was nonetheless a hassle and disappointment to see how little care they take.I had to contact the company regarding a visit as I observed the worker arrive, apply product to a very small portion of my lawn, and leave within 3 minutes. Had I not been home to see this, I would never had known they do not fulfill the terms of the program. If they did this to me, you can be certain they are doing this with others.When I asked them to stop their services and asked them to send me a receipt, they did. It thanked me for my payment. However, upon closer examination, it was only an invoice. Had I just quickly read the thank you, I would have assumed my bill had been paid and charged to my credit card and left it at that. Yet it was not paid, despite them thanking me for my payment.When I went to pay online, they said my account didn't exist and would not allow me to pay. They have outsourced any customer support offshore.Save your money and use a local company that you can easily contact and will respond in a timely manner to any questions or issues.

Hometurf has been our trusted lawn care service for the last 3 years. We had an excess amount of weeds since we purchased our home and desperately needed care with maintaining a healthy lawn. We have been very happy with the quality and service provided to us. The lawn technicians are very friendly, professional, responsive, thorough and reliable with very competitive pricing. We really appreciate the messages reminding us about the dates of the upcoming services and the lawn care analysis with every visit. Our lawn has improved tremendously since we started using Hometurf Lawn Care Service! We will be using their lawn care services in 2023, and we will be adding the grub control application throughout the lawn. It’s time to say goodbye to all the unwanted critters!!! I have had Hometurf for the last 6 or 7 years and I have found the quality of service has declined over the last couple of years, to the point where I didn't renew for this season.Now I find out Hometurf just assumed they could come to my home and continue with a service I no longer want. It's called automatic renewal"

So my first time i home turf service to take care of one my proeprty and this is wat i see when i come back from vacation .and when u call them about this all they want is payment .not reccom. And never going back to home turf.

I tried for one year- they were always later than they were supposed to be for each treatment, the last treatment didn’t even happen. I called and cancelled the service. This spring I came home one day to a sign on my lawn that they had done a service. I called and explained that they had missed one last season and I had cancelled, so this treatment I would not pay for (to make up for the missed one in the last fall).I just received a letter saying I owed for this service. Dated may 31, and I got it from the mailbox at the end of June!I had to call and argue with the front line person that received my call, she said it would not be able to be removed. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she kept arguing with me- finally she spoke to her supervisor and came back to me and said the charge would be removed.My lawn is no different this year than last with me doing my own applications.I would not recommend this service - go with someone else or do it yourself and save a bunch of money.

I have been with Hometurf Lawn Care for a few years now. I was calling every year to renew my membership and I would call in and get a lower rate at the beginning of the season. This year I did not call or sign up. They later called and told me that they have automatically signed me up and that I owe them the full rate. They advised that I was calling before to sign up for their early bird special rate but if I did not I would have been automatically signed up and charged the full amount. Definitely a case of fine print that feels unprofessional and takes advantage of the customers. I would never return to use this service.

I am feeling very sorry writing this comment but I don’t have any other way to express my experience.I am getting full services from Home Turf this year2023. Unfortunately their services are not as per expectation.Last year I moved to new home where builder put fresh Sod both front and back yard. My grass was quite green and healthy last year.This years home turf started their services. They put fertilizers and other stuff which had ruin my grass. Hometurf Lawn Care is the real deal. In today's market of empty promises and process driven vs. customer friendly professionalism - we couldn't be happier with the Hometurf Lawn Care company and team. Significantly less in cost than my previous provider and far superior in service and value for your money. They go above and beyond with our lawn and managed to reverse damages done by a previous vendor. Thanks HomeTurf.

I’ve used the Services of Hometurf Lawn Care for several years now and I have never been disappointed in either the Service or the results. My lawn always looks healthy and strong and the weed control provided has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient and incredibly unobtrusive. I am an extremely happy and satisfied customer. I highly recommend Hometurf Lawn Care!
