I came to this store with my brother today as he was looking for a new case for his phone and asked the owner to show us what options we had. The selection he shows us was exceptional and we even complimented the cases he showed us multiple times. At one point the owner even dropped a case on the ground and apologized, however, I picked it up without any frustration and handed it back to him telling him “no worries”. Once my brother found a case he genuinely liked, he researched what the price would be online and let the store owner know that the online price was about $15 less than the in store price. Keep in mind both of us are young and work minimum wage jobs, so we thought it was worth while to try to get a price match or any sort of discount. However, since it’s a small local business, and we had both seen the store multiple times in the past while browsing the mall, we were both willing to pay full price for the case to support the owner. But when we mentioned the price difference online the owners instant response was “yeah but online doesn’t pay $15000 in rent” we were both visibly shocked by this answer and handed the cases back to him as we had changed our mind about the purchase already. However, the owner then proceeded to ridicule us as we were trying to leave the store respectfully, and called us rude for mentioning the online price instead of simply responding with something such as “oh sorry, we’re a small business so we don’t price match”. As we were walking away I could hear the owner still ridiculing us so I got upset at the owner and let him know if he wants to make sales he should have more respect for his customers. The owner should not be in the position he is in if he cannot handle basic customer service in the slightest. I hope they get a different sales rep soon because besides the terrible customer service, this store has a great selection of cases and has potential to work much better if they adapted to their customers needs better.

BEWARE he will up charge u. i was quoted 60$ for a otterbox case than he insisted a screen protector which i said ok then total was 105$ 50$ for a screen protector ion thk so

This place is exceptional because of the amazing variety of cases they have. I have been buying cases and screen protectors from this store for years and never encountered any problem regarding the cases or the employees. The sales associates always help me find the perfect cases that i am looking for my phone. The staff is very well trained to provide excellent customer service and are very respectful as well. Would love to get my phone cases in future too from this store.

I wish ZERO stars was an option!! Beware! He is quick to sell you something you don’t actually need, but then doesn’t do very well sharing their NO return/exchange policy. NO exceptions!! Not even if you get to your car and try and return it 3 minutes later! It’s posted at the cash til, but very easy to miss. And he doesn’t feel the need to ensure you saw the little sign before he takes your money. He’s quite rude. The one-star ratings are all on point!! Go anywhere BUT here!!

Went today for a screen protector, the lady was super nice and even applied it for me. Thanks for great service

Horrible experience with customer service. We came in to get a screen replacement and the gentlemen was on the phone talking to someone on the speaker the whole time from beginning to end. He did not ask our needs or what we were looking for and proceeded to get a screen replaced. At this time he told us the cost of the screen which we did not expect to pay and told us we got a deal. Not coming back here again.

The sales associate here are so patient and friendly, I'm always super picky with accessories and the sales associate patiently went through all the different cases and popsockets and helped me choose what looked best! The prices are fair and they apply your screen protectors for you! Lovely little place in the mall☺️

Super upset. Paid and had a screen protector put on only to then have the phone not work. Person at the store would do nothing!

Horrendous customer service. I got a tempered glass on my iphone11. It got a Dent and a scratch on the very first day. Can’t really believe it!! Customer service is horrible. They have no refund or exchange policy. Dont go to them unless you want your hard earned money wasted. Also they charge alot more than other stores for a tempered glass. Would have given no star if there had been an option. I have never given a google review but these kind of services force you to give one!!

I went into the store to look at cases for my wife's phone the rep there showed me all the cases that were available for the phone that she uses. out of all of them there was only one that she might like and I wasn't sure about buying it without her being there but the rep said that he needed to get some sales for the day so he would give me a discount and if she doesn't like it I would be able to return it. After I paid for it I confirmed that he would let me return it the next day if she didn't like it he said yes and said that he would write a note on the receipt just in case he wasn't working when I came in as he was writing the note he said it would actually be an exchange not a return at that point I said there's only one case here that she might like and if she doesn't like that there's no other case she's going to want and he said sorry you've already paid for it I can't return it even with me still standing in the store he would not return the case I have not left the store and he would not accept the return. I work in sales and never have I experienced poor customer service like that it seems like they'll just do anything for a sale and screw you over in the end. I asked for his name and his manager's name and he refused to give me any information and said that I could come in on another day when he's not working to talk to somebody else.
