Naya ❤! I've been helped more than once by an employee called Naya here at Shoppers, and she's made my quick shopping trips a lovely experience every time. She's very kind, helpful and quick to assist, with reliable product knowledge. More than a sales associate she's a great host with lots of charisma with all her guests.

Pharmacist made me waiting for more than 20 minutes he was on his phone and talking in his own language so it is 100% sure that it was not a work call, it was a personal call and i believe he is an Indain guy. The other pwrson notified this pharmacist but he ignored.I am a term pregnant lady and just went to get iron tablets it wasn't even a prescription pick up he just need to handover it from the back shelf but he totally wasted my time. Never going back again. Really bad way treating a pregnant lady. Seems discriminative..

Filling a prescription and dealing with this pharmacy is an exercise in frustration. A senior member of our family calls to fill a prescription. She gets put on hold. No one picks up the phone again. I showed up at the pharmacy to fill a prescription for a senior member of our family over 90 minutes after the doctor faxes it in. The assistant says there is no prescription so I tell her it was faxed in. She checks the fax machine... it will be 30 minutes to fill it. I return 35 min later, sorry we need another 5 minutes. 25 min later... So, there are lots of Shoppers outlets across Ontario. Perhaps someone needs to help the staff of this outlet to learn how to run a business. The single star rating is a gift. This is one story in a long line of issues. Moving to a new pharmacist.

Everyone seems to be having issues with the pharmacy here. I haven't encountered one yet. I moved to Kitchener from Burlington and needed to transfer my prescription from Burlington Shoppers to this location and the lady I spoke to on the phone in the pharmacy was very helpful. She explained the process to me and followed up on it and asked me to call back at another time when she was working so that she could check it for me. It took around 2-3 days for the transfer to happen but she followed up with me each time I called. I have also spoken to multiple associates there for various other products and everyone is very helpful. Even the ladies that works at the beauty section are great and come to ask you if you need assistance. So far my go-to shoppers location. No problems so far with the product and the staffs.

Was at the Post Office on Fri Apr 21 around 2:30pm. The young lad behind the desk saw a very long line up, but still took the time to form a purchased box for a senior citizen and help him pack his return. Excellent training and customer service! Was happy to wait and watch this young man care for a much older man by patiently helping him.

I have mixed feelings about this pharmacy. When administering my daughter's first Covid shot - they were very patient and incredible with her as she was scared. We haven't had any issues in terms of getting prescriptions from here. I am feeling a bit annoyed because their website is not updated with accurate information. The site says that they accept walk-ins for flu shot and between the hours of 04:00pm - 09:00pm, and also offers appointments for everyday of the week. However, upon arrival, I was told that they don't do flu shots on weekends. As a person who works long hours, I can only get it on weekends.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in this city! I'd give zero stars if it was an option. The staff constantly lie about everything, and/or just have no clue what is happening in the store! My doctor faxed in several prescriptions and they claim to have never received them. Several times they confirmed my prescription would be delivered in the evening, then never showed! The pharmacist flat out told me I was lying and the driver tried to deliver the meds. I have a camera out front and he never showed up. I started filling my scripts a week early, to compensate for the poor service and still they were unable to have it ready 7 days later!! Disgusting.

The customer service representative refused to give more than one covid kit, it was really frustrating because I explained him that I have covid and my husband has covid and I have to test other family members tooBut he still refused.I understand everybody needs kits but we already have covid in our family and I cant come out everyday to get kits.I dont think so any body would like a covid patient coming out of house.All 5 members have covid symptoms so am I suppose to use all 5 and if they test negative today , come again tomorrow to get another one.SomePeople just dont want to understand a situation.

5 stars for the excellent customer service I experienced. Aditya was very helpful when I returned a purchase due to product defect from the manufacturer.He took the time to call the appropriate manager and explained my situation. Needless to say I was refunded my purchase.This store has always been my preference as they provide good service from the pharmacy, post office and cashiers.Understanding customer needs are important to us all and this store has always been consistent from my experience.

Funny how many 1 star reviews the customer service team has responded to, stating that they take our complaints seriously but nothing has changed at this pharmacy. I’ve been going to this pharmacy most of my life and it is always a miserable experience. Multiple staff members are absolutely horrible to customers. I try to go when it is not busy and even when I’m the only one there I still get ignored for 10+ minutes. It’s really not difficult to be a decent human being. It’s one thing if a customer is being difficult but these employees are rude to every single person regardless. I have had the occasional nice employee working at the pharmacy but they don’t seem to last long there, and yet the rude staff stays..interesting.
