Georgian Truck Centre

First experiance dealing with Georgian truck.The customer service was fantastic. Char the service adviser was very knoledgable and booked me in the next morning after my dmax had a def injector fail. Shuttled home and back. Truck was done ready to pick up shortly after lunch that day. None of this book it in a week and half.We all hope we dont have to send trucks in for issues but if you have one , this is the place.Thank you

We made our decision to purchase our second truck from Georgian because of Charlene in service at the Georgian Truck Center. Charlene managed to get our truck in today, on short notice, as we had other appointments in Barrie. The truck was serviced and ready when promised, as usual.Charlene is awesome and listens to her customers. She works hard to resolve ANY issue. She is the GEM of the Georgian family!

Solved my intermitant starting issue. After three or four mechanics I was finally referred to Georgian for my commercial vehicle which had a starting issue which was difficult to detect...so frustrating and was considering purchasing another van...as it turns out someone had messed with the wiring in the vehicles history...Georgeon located the issue and repaired it . Great customer service...very satisfied with their professionalism and expertise.

Best service I've ever had! Gmc Sierra needed a new NOX sensor, and we were 3.5 hrs from home, pulling a 5th wheel, with a 2 yr old granddaughter in tow. Called and within 1 hr we had the truck there, service were at the door to meet us. Work completed very quickly and we were on our way. Very pleased with how quick they got us up and running. unfortunately my 2013 2500 dmax has been having some crazy issues and i’ve received nothing but the hardest time from all the mechanics. both John and Char have been nothing but the sweetest but when i have to speak with the guys they’re very degrading, they don’t listen to what i’ve been saying, they’ve been questioning my knowledge (even to the point where they asked if the turbo was the “weird noise”), didn’t believe me when i said my truck had no power etc. i had to convince them to look at it after i crawled up the highway blowing smoke out the back of my truck. if you’re a man, then 10/10 if you’re a girl, get someone else to take your vehicle in. sad reality.
