My van was making a noise in the rear end whenever I went over a bump on the driver's side. They found that the spring wasn't sitting properly in the spring mount. They fixed it and wouldn't charge me anything! Amazing service and amazing treatment of their customers. They care more about helping people than making money!

Arrived at Norton's in distressed. Antifreeze leaking , engine overheating, 1 hour away from home. Without hesitation we were help upon arrival. We were offered options to help us put a bandaid on our issues so we can get home. All while never asking us for a cent. I have never had more faith in humanity until being stranded at this shop. We were offered the space to figure out what we want, the time to make arrangements to have our car towed back as well as a safe place off the road side to wait. I would highly recommend this place for being a up standing place that does not take advantage of those in need.
