Bought a tub and surround and specifically asked if I could return it if it didn’t work. I was told sure as long as it comes back in the same condition. Brought the items back two days later still in the box and same condition. I was charged 107 dollar restocking fee when it was my husband that put it in the truck and out of the truck. Then the salesman tells me I read the sign about the restocking fee. Like I’m going to see a random sign on the wall. He should have mentioned this when I asked about the return. Deceitful business!

I had a furnace problem and needed a part. John was the only one that had a part in stock. Not only was it a Sunday, but he was nice enough to leave a birthday party he was at so I could meet him at his shop and get the part on his day off. Top notch!!

I looked all over for a mobile home supply store that carried french doors(aka 30 phone calls across 5-10 states). Alas, I stumbled upon John’s! They were so friendly. I live around 3.5 hours away, so they let me pay over the phone and reserved one for me. When I arrived, they had my new doors waiting and helped me load them. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
