I walked in here to buy earrings for my grandaughter. No one could be bothered to help me even once previous customers left. Suffice to say I walked out and my business will go to someone else. No wonder online shopping is so popular.

They re-sized my heirloom engagement ring from a size 10 to a 6. The ring was finished a week early and it looks almost brand new! I am so happy to wear my engagement ring on its own!- Chelsea P

Will never shop at the Brockville location again.After purchasing a $1400 ring that broke and needed repaired not even 9 months after purchasing. Ring took over 2 months to be repaired and came back unfixed. Finally when it was fixed the job done was terrible and flawed. After NUMEROUS attempts at trying to phone the Brockville store I ended up having to contact head office. Their phone line is ALWAYS busy, I think they must take the phone off the hook. They've finally offered to replace the ring (hopefully it comes quickly this time) but after this experience I will never be back.

Covid times require curb service for warranty inspections. I had to make 3 appointments as I was behind a month. Could not ask for better service. I was expected, and the process was fast and efficient. Waiting for better times so I can return to indoor shopping.

Terrible staff. All treat their new hires like it’s high school drama give a sales quota that is unreachable because you aren’t allowed to sell as a new hire. Would not recommend ever better to buy some fake stuff than have to experience the staff there

I took my necklace in for a new clasp they sent it to Montreal they told me it would take 2 weeks 2 months later they finally called me and said they couldn't do the clasp without fixing the whole chain telling me it would be 300 dollars.i think they should have told me before sending it out for what I wanted done instead of not even a phone call to tell me I ended up calling them to ask them wheres my necklace.Very bad customer service and there employees are not trained properly I will never buy or get anything repaired at Peoples again
