Scott answered his phone right away and made time to help us out. Three phone calls to our regular plumber yielded no results. We had guests coming to the cottage for the weekend and no running water. When Scott arrived, he was friendly, patient, helpful and so easy to work with. He got our water running with excellent water pressure in no time. He also fixed a sink pipe and had great ideas related to the placement of our water intake pipe within the lake. My Mom and I were thrilled with his services and have decided he will be our cottage plumber from here on out. Please give Scott your business; you won't regret it!

Highly recommend anyone doing projects at home call Scott of Drain Time Plumbing. After our shutoff valve to the upstairs bathroom sprang a leak, Scott was quick to arrive and repair the issue. He also helped address other areas of concern (i.e., leaky faucet in the basement) and offered a very competitive rate for his work. He was knowledgeable and walked me through changes step by step. We asked him back to do other jobs already, and are happy with the work.

We saw Scott's add on What's Happening Frontenac and we loved that he was local. We were having a problem with our basement pump out so I called hoping that he could fit us in within a week or two.
