Shes also very rude and clueless. Knows nothing about the park or rules and doesn't care about her job...you ring the buzzer on the office but no one comes. You literally can't walk your dog without getting a complaint. There is only one set of washroom/ showers up at the office for 66 sites and they are usually filthy. Hey, I have been staying at the Tunnel Hill #34 for just over a month or so. I plan on staying for perhaps a couple more as life dictates having just moved to the island. I have utilized the water and basically all the connects or facilities. The water and electricity and septic connects are all good no issues. My site was tidy upon first arrival. The laundry and washroom and showers are like new, quite nice really. The head manager at the beginning I found to be a man of his word which was vital to me at the time. The onsite lady that looks after the place is available when needed if she's not in the office theres a buzzer, they always answer, great people to talk to very kind. I consider myself fortunate and looked after here. The proximity of the sites might be concerning for someone but it has been no issue with me and evidently not concerning for others. I have reviewed some posts here and find them rude, unsupported. If you have problems bring it up with site management. Don't just post all over media because that the easy thing to do. Have some respect and goodness. This is home for now and it's good.

Nice, surprisingly well-located RV park perched on the Malahat less than 20 minutes from Victoria. Clean sites, fully serviced with septic. Laundry and shower facilities. Rustic with big trees. The staff and other families here are friendly. Nice community of long term campers too.

Living here and loving it. Great rates and a helpful friendly staff.

My husband (Michael), my cat (Titus Manximus), & I love it here! Beautiful scenery, lots of space between RV's so there is privacy, tall rainforest trees and lots of grass, kindhearted neighbors, family friendly - there is a community vibe when walking around, and amazing office staff who are easy to get ahold of and always polite and helpful. Clean bathroom, shower, and laundry facilities. Quite & dark at night for  restful sleeps. Campfire pits. Need I say more?! You are one with nature here! Highly recommend stopping by :)

This park is exactly what I needed. Staff are very friendly and always available. Close to town. Closer to beautiful parks. Reasonably priced. Covid protocols in place so no showers currently. Deep woods or sunny spot and like all RV Parks some spots are big, some are small but most people find what they need. I love my spot. Thank you!

They have full hookups, but the water is brown and silty. The sites are wedged in so tight on a hill that resembles a construction site. May be hard for larger units to get down to park. Hopefully they take some care in the future for revegetation.The advantages are laundry facilities and the fact they had sites available on short notice.

Drove through a couple of times. Would never stay there or recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to camp. Looks pretty rough'. Looks more like people living there full-time. Cramped
