Sargent Farms Retail Store

Sargent announced 20% discount on ground Chicken and Medium Tenders for 3 days Friday -Sunday,Feb 17- Feb 19.I went today to Mississauga store on Saturday Feb18th and they informed me that the Medium Tenders sold out !If you have very limited quantity ,why you advertise it for 3 days ?If the idea is to bring traffic and customers to your store, I am a customers to your branch in Mississauga.This is not a pleasant situation and next time ,be prepared to your Ads and do not upset your customers !!

Good place to buy Halal hand slaughtered HMA Certified Chicken in bulk. Their prices are reasonable, Chicken is boxed nicely, shelf life is great. There's always an offer every now and then, so keep checking their website.The staff is great and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

Always a great place to shop for fresh meat. If you have any customer concerns, they will resolve it immediately.

Great place to buy various meats. The prices are fair and great compared to store bought meat from places like loblaws or Walmart.

Our go to place for our chicken. Affordable and the ability to purchase in bulk is amazing. We don't buy chicken at the grocery store anymore and Sargent Farms is the place to go!

I bought chicken leg and chicken breast before Easter.when I made stew with legs, bones started getting dark color and inside meat was blackish, and also breast was so soft and full apart when I was cutting them.My husband was washing them said seems not fresh but I was disagree, because it never happened before .chicken breast was reduced,I am glad I didn’t buy two boxesI am shopping over there for many years.I was surprised.

Update:The store was able to find a way to accommodate me. But assured me this was a one-time exception. I will be discussing online ordering parameters with head office in the coming days. The way I see it if the store has stock you should be able to place it online order just like you would any other item(s) if you're paying it should secure the item(s) for you.I've never had a problem with this location in the past. I was the one that suggested online ordering and it has been very beneficial to myself, my friends, colleagues and co-workers. I tried to place an order today and it's telling me I can't do a pickup until July 4th, which is kind of pointless considering it's the long weekend. I called the store and they made it clear to me that they have stock on the item I was looking for. However, under no circumstances will they hold the item for me even though it's an inconvenience for the fact that I can't order online, I'm willing to pay up front and they're just not accommodating. I and my associates will be taking my business elsewhere if this doesn't get resolved amicably. Customer service for lack thereof is a big red flag for me!!!

Pathetic customer service.I tried contacting Mississauga location more than 10 time to know of they have stock for leg and thigh but every time they answered they hung up on me with out listening to me.

Highly recommend this halal certified raw chicken store! The prices are incredibly cheap, especially if you're buying in bulk and can stock up the 5kg box for more than a week. The fast customer service is a definite plus - I've never had to wait long to be helped.

It was easy to get there. Fast service. All rates are mentioned on a notice board. Whole chicken or pieces are available in already packed frozen boxes. You have to chop them by yourself.
