Tried to place an online order with them because they did not sell it in store. Firstly, it said it would take a month to get in and that I will be receiving shipment emails. Alright not too big a deal, but I never received any shipment emails. Well a month rolls around and it's still in processing. So I contact them asking what's up and they say oh sorry it will be shipped out tomorrow. I let them know that my expected delivery was then, not to be shipped then. So then they say they will look into it and put it under investigation. I asked how come if there was a problem with my order that I never received any email stating so, where they just said oh your card went through I don't know why your order is still here. So I'm now waiting out of what I need, when I receive an email stating that it's actually out of stock and my card has been refunded. Well if they would have sent it while it was in stock when I ordered it, I would have it. So now I have to order from somewhere else for the item because they messed up and were unprofessional about it. Long story short, if you have to buy it online through staples, DON'T. There is no communication on their end, they won't try to contact you if there is a problem or even if the stock somehow went out before they could get to your order. -5/5 if I could rate this properly it wouldn't get any stars. Unprofessional and will not be ordering anything from them in the future at all. Choose a different shop.

Be careful with a lady staff at printing service. Super rude and unhelpful. If you are using printing service, better Google is how to do self-service instead of asking her. She won’t help!

Taniel at staples was so incredible to deal with and so very empathetic to our situation with losing our mom and getting cards printed. She made the experience so much easier with what we are going through.Thank you so very much ❤️

A decent store but I wasn't impressed with the office chairs. I couldn't find any high quality chairs which are ergonomic. Also the chairs were very poorly put together, with multiple bolts and screws being loose.

I like staples, have bought many lap tops and printers supplies etc over the years.My experience today was terrible at the business center. The staff is rude and not helpful. On their phone while talking to me.A lady in line with me talked to me outside after and suggested I go to the libraryI did, and they were great, very helpful...and no charge!! Guess where I go first next time :)

The store has a good selection and environment . I went in for a desk/computer chair. The service I received was immaculate.

Yesterday I went to staples to purchase a t1 84 plus ce calculator. These are extremely expensive calculators. So once I find their location there are 3 color waves to select from. I notice you don’t select the actual product you must select a card board paper with the photo of the product. There seems to be 20 calculators available in the blue. Along with the other colors. I bring my paper up to the cashier. Wait in a long line. Finally it’s my turn and the cashier has to go off in search of a supervisor to fulfilling my order. After five minutes they finally come back to tell me they are out of stock. I was flabbergasted. I say to the clerk. Why do you keep this product in stock on the shelve if you are sold out of everything. She said corporate makes them. I thanked her for wasting our time. So corporate if you read this. Please do not waste your clients time. I won’t be purchasing this from you now cause of this incident.

The atmosphere in the store is cold like nobody cares and they'll leave you waiting while they chat or whatever. I hate going there! It's like you're bothering them if you need help. Today when I went several weeks later whole different atmosphere. People were pleasant & wanted to help so I'm going to revise my rating to a solid 4.

I like Staples, good office supply store. Nice computer selection. The staff, however, are mostly unhelpful. You need to know what you are buying.

Most visits here and purchases are Awsome but I've had a couple of epic fails here lately! I bought a 500.00 phone and two year extended warranty,I cracked the crystal screen so I put a claim in as I could no longer access my phone. I have been waiting almost a month,getting the total run around! Not happy at all!
