Not only the best Vape shop in Windsor/Essex County but the best I've ever been too. Lasalle vape has by far the biggest and best selection but what really sets them apart is their employee's and ownership. Upbeat, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and always very welcoming, greeting you by name. Amazing place! Happy to visit all the times.

First off, the person working said they were taking a 30 minute break and weren't back for 1hr20mins. THENNNN they definitely sold me inauthentic (knock off) vape coils for my novo smok, which are advertised as the real ones. They're a great fake though, appearancewise. They look like the real thing and the packaging is almost the same (minus some small differences, the foil on the back of the coil packaging has tiny differences). I noticed the new one I used, that I had just bought, wasn't working right ... it tasted burnt and wasn't sucking properly, sizzling, upon trying to fill it the rubber clasp broke off which I've never experienced before... Then I put in another.. same thing... tried the third one, SAME thing! They charged full price for coils that were knock off that didn't even last me a refill. I also bought juul pods from there too. Definitely fake. The QR code on the bottom was messed up and the serial code as well. The packaging was flimsy and the juul pattern staggered improperly. usually there are also QR codes on the wrapping on the inner packaging, which were absent. The writing on the front of the package was slightly off too. I feel really ripped off. Pretty sure that's illegal as they aren't regulated and have shown that they can release lead. cool. I mean, I'm already sucking in toxins, I don't need to get lead poisoning too. ALSO they're still selling mango juul pods, which were banned IN CANADA LAST YEAR!!! SKETCHY. COUNTERFEIT.EDIT*** september 2021for fun I went back here. Bought nic salts for my novo smok. I had the same nic salt liquid from another store. I compared both, and the ones this store sold were definitely fake... again. The label was very similar again but slightly off. The nicotine content sold was ILLEGAL... again. And when it is used in my vape, it ended up burning and tasting disgusting. After using it for a couple days my lungs were killing me. AVOID. PLEASE.

They sell knock off disposables, i got to the point where id try them in the parking lot before i would leave because 2/5 wouldnt work and they owner would get frustrated when asked to get functional ones in return, very rude

I must say that i have never ever experienced this kind of customer service in my entire life....staff is really very friendly especially Gargi and Nirav. They are the people who would go out of the box to help the customers and make them feel unbelievably comfortable with them and would give a top-notch clarity concerning their products line. They deliver such a passion for this job or store that it translated to a pure excellence in this field. The store itself was a super neat and clean. I don't know about others but i am very delighted to have this store in my town. Thank you for serving this community.
