VERY disorganized group working today. The drive-through took almost 20 minutes. you could tell by the way the crew was talking to each other that cause they were disorganized. However, front staff was nice and polite; and the food was hot and good. Other NW staff make drive through customers park to wait for their food. If it takes long, I suggested that and they said they don’t do that. Unfortunately this makes the wait long. I could see the reflection in the mirror of the cars in front of me also waiting, and they seem displeased as well. Shaking their heads. I also saw one of the kitchen, staff stuff, some thing in the garbage and push garbage down and he went right back to dealing with food in the kitchen. I was not impressed.

Clean, fast, super friendly. All menus were in French but cashier was very friendly and assisted in English. Lived the frozen mugs for our drinks!

Great A&W! Clean, friendly staff (bilingual English and French), high quality ingredients. My family visiting from the States were impressed. The poutine is especially delicious here.

Very quick service using the app to order in advance, 30 seconds and you're out of there with your order in hand . The personel do their job well and are both friendly and helpful. Their burgers are better than average and their onion rings are exceptional.

I order a grandpa but only got a papa. I decided for far to get there and back home so I I was disappointed. I blame language as I don't speak French very well. The only charged me for what they gave me this.. I saw drive thru staff working without uniform but maybe I was casual day .

Probably one of the most stable and constant fast food joint in the region. The food always taste the same, never soggy, never cold the staff was always nice everytime I got there. Takes a bit of time at the drive thru but people don't mind the wait, the line at the drive thru is proof of it.
