Distressed as my cards and information was stolen and the front desk receptionist didn’t even care. I understand you have rules and policies however I appreciate flexibility and general concern.Terrible customer service, try covering your bases for your clients before you say there’s nothing you can do. Pathetic, definitely going to change banks.Thanks for making me feel like a number! Your a joke!

Ashamed to say I have been a client of CIBC for 15 years and the way I was spoken to by the gentleman who seems to be a manager was in acceptable I have never been told that I don't know how you put yourself in this position but there are many factors that can contribute to a circumstance and to not show any empathy to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I had gone in there with frustration from the banking app and just needing assistance to leaving with more disappointment and frustration

I went to set up as trustee of my ailing mother's account, only to be told that a new account has to be setup and they cannot do this. I escalated this by contacting customer service and the ombudsman as the unprofessional customer service at the hwy 2 branch location. Finally after almost a month I received a confirmation that this was done. yesterday I go to the Harwood location only to find out they have no records of this. The incompetence of this organization is overwhelming. I would never deal with this bank as you will get the runaround. CIBC is the worst bank ever/ Do yourself a favor and stay away from CIBC.

I don't know what star is appropriate for my comment .. I feel very uneasy and very uncomfortable to go to my bank to make a deposit while there's a homeless man grunting and moaning . I understand the situation and circumstances of the guy being homeless but I don't know

I'm in the process of moving my account in to a different bank because of so many bad experiences with CIBC.At this branch there is ONLY 1 teller is available while of 4 or 5 other tellers' spots are EMPTY. I don't know WHY on earth they're not hiring MORE tellers (Unless they're TOO BUSY outsourcing like they're doing with their internal workers). And the staff is very rude and frustrating to deal with.. also really.. really.. REALLY SLOW! The regular waiting time on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays is from 45 minutes to an hour. This is all based on personal experience!
