Love this place. The studio is beautiful. The heated floor is really nice. Shelagh is wonderful. She Treats you like a friend every time you see her. I love Payton’s ashtanga class. She makes it feel like you're actually in India!

The Yoga Hub has been my happy place for the last two months! The teachers are so welcoming and knowledgeable. The variety of classes and various times make it easy to find something to suit your needs. The atmosphere is wonderful and I am grateful to have found this studio!

This is a wonderful yoga studio. The instructors are lovely, attentive and intuitive to your needs. The studio is clean and provides a calming atmosphere. The community is warm and welcoming. I really appreciated the wide range in age of yogis that practice at this studio- it provides such a great atmosphere and energy.

Enjoyed some beautiful classes this week at The Yoga Hub! So grateful for this space—The professionalism of these teachers, the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere of this studio, and the variety of classes designed for all levels of experience. All this, combined with gently heated floors inside, vehicle parking available outside, and a feeling of confidence with space and all protocols when I step inside, I look forward to my next class, and the next, and the next after that. I've been practising yoga for a number of years and about four months ago I came across the Yoga Hub.'s website. I was looking for a place that offered classes everyday, due to my crazy work schedule. Not only do they offer a number of classes daily, the variety is great and all the instructors have been wonderful. The large spacious studio has been purpose built for yoga with heated floors as a bonus. It's a real gem for the region. I'm now a regular client!

Yoga Hub has an open atmosphere, with good lighting and natural elements. The instructors are well practised, and help newcomers to yoga or their studio from the moment you walk in. Fear not!I recommend arriving at least 10-15min before class. Latecomers will be politely locked out of the studio by class start time.

Such a lovely place, some classes are physically challenging while others are wonderful if you just need to relax and be at peace. The atmosphere is very light, bright, welcoming and positive and Shelia and her team are knowledgeable and dedicated to the practice of yoga. Our community is lucky to have this facility.
