i came in today and order my food it tasted amazing and we had such good customer serive that i had to ask for a name. his was declin he seemed like a good politle fellow worth of this 5 star review altho one of his coworkers forgot my fork no biggie tho also great atmosphere and the workers seemed like they were having fun which is good

The staff at this location always look like they are cranky, and like they are annoyed that you ordered something at all. Never have I been to this location and had a staff member who is smiling.Side note: upon further thought, the girl at the drive through did not flip the blizzard. The blizzard was very runny, so I can see why she didn’t flip it.

Great food here at DQ! Always fresh! Good value on the 2 for $5 menu. The hot fudge sundae is amazing :) It's deliciously simple and my favorite treat on the menu. I also love their chicken bacon bbq snack wrap. You can mix and match various items on the 2 for $5 menu. Any combination of a cheeseburger, fries, small sundae, misty slush or chicken wrap. Great for a quick bite on the go!

staff friendly and quick to take order; however, the burgers were bagged and handed to us prior to the shakes being prepared. We ended up waiting well over 5 mins while the “hot” food got cold waiting for the drinks. staff visibly grumbling about amount of customers in store and lack of breaks they were getting.

LAZY. DISCHEVELED. DISGUSTING. NO ACCURACY. I live 5 min from this location & for 2 years, THEY ALWAYS forget to add cookie dough to my blizzard when I paid for it, & when asked to confirm they LIE about it. Their SUPERVISOR makes excuses for them. They gave my husband the wrong burger several times. It's run by disheveled teenagers with their hair messy & undone. No pride in their work.

Food and ice cream are generally okay, but they took forever tonight. Had to go inside to collect my food after bring in drive through. If the side door is going to be locked after 7pm, put up a sign. I understand safety is important, but how does being down to 1 door help? Hecking embarrassing to be pulling a locked door and seeing plenty of customers inside.No sense of urgency or speed. I feel bad complaining since the staff all looked to be 14, but an adult should be managing these kids and teaching them speed and customer service. I worked in fast food for ages, so I know how hard it can be. But come on. Friendly service goes a LONG way towards the customer experience.

Terrible. Came through the drive thru twice today because I live close, and both times I had missing items. And not to mention the customer service being awful and not very friendly, like it’s not hard to put on a smile and at least fake it. Terrible experience today.

Horrible experience today, went to treat my kids to an ice cream this store was in my route so I ordered 3 ice creams 1 kids dipped cone, a blizzard and a small chocolate dipped cone. She passed me my kids Cone... fine but she gave me my chocolate dipped cone and there was barely any chocolate on it to the point I could see all the white ice cream so I simply asked if it was supposed to look like that ro which the lady replies yes it's dipped. I said can u please redip it I shouldn't see the white ice cream fully and she slams the window on me and mumbles under her breath and then someone else brings me a new one.

First time I was at DQ, Prince George it was the kind that you walk up to the window from street. It was about 1969 maybe 70, it's just like now service, people, ice cream what else can one say.
