Notary herself was nice and professional, however the lack of an office space at the 30th street sw location, or folding table/clipboard, meant that I had to sign multiple documents and their copies crouched on my knee on the front step. I was very lucky the snow stopped before I arrived, otherwise there would be water damage on important files. Seems unreasonable there wasn't even some flat surface to sign something, considering the significant cost to have signatures witnessed.
