I came back to Toronto by United via O'Hare. After long line of immigration and bag re-check of 2+ hours, I just made to the gate in the last minute and four checked bags were left at Chicago. The lady in the baggage counter at Pearson terminal 1 was very professional and clearly asked my questions. The bags were delivered to my home on next day at 7pm. The delivery email was sent right after the driver called. Another delivery email was sent right after delivery.Personal suggestion:#1: Avoid O'Hare at all, or get a transit windows of 4 hours.#2: Write the claim report clearly and ask if you have doubt.#3: Put an Airtag or similar into each luggage.#4: When you talk to the driver, check delivery address.Thanks to both of them.Well done staff!

Everything negative in the comments is true. Sent an email saying delivery for 2:30pm, nothing all day. Called to pick them up myself from the airport, they said ok. Went to airport they had picked them up anyways. Called them to confirm was told no, manager said no, they are at the airport. Thankfully a lovely AC employee called them and they realize they have them at their location. Drove to pick them up myself as after 3+ days I have no confidence in when they would be delivered. Staff couldn’t care less.

Worse delivery company ever. Does it make sense for a delivery company to deliver a bag at 11.45 pm ( without following delivery instructions)? My bag was stolen before morning( I wrote on the Air Canada form that the doorbell should be pressed. I was awake up to 1 am no one pressed the bell). My bag which has valuables of close to $10000 was stolen. This company is useless. The person I spoke to on the phone is not helpful and sounded so rude. He told me to contact the police. Patronize this company at your own risk.

I called in the morning and have spoken with the guy who seemed to sound like to be the recorded operator when you called their hotline. He said baggage will arrive before 5:30pm. Now I called exactly 5:30pm and no one is answering their phone line. I am not sure what time will the baggage arrive and if assured that it is with the driver or not. I didn't receive any calls yet from the driver. Still on the call and no one is picking up which I expected as their site says they are only open until 6pm. All I hear is the irritating music that loops and then will tell you Thank you for your inquiry

They didnot deliver my bags which they had been holding since June 11 . They called 5 days after June 16 and lied that they have been trying to get a hold of me . Then their driver called me and said will come and deliver the bag in an hour. After some time my neighbors came and and disclosed do you have a bag missing which had my name the guy delivered it at the wrong address . They drivers can even read the correct address and verify identity before delivering the bags…if I could give negative I would give them for their customer service

If I could, I would put 0*. I am not surprised to see all the negative comments in here.Bags delivered 3 days after the promised date. I had to call the airline to get them delivered. I was stuck at home for 6 hours and they never came. When I called the unprofessional driver aggressively ordered me to stay at home and they’ll come before midnight. Except if I order food, which company make deliveries at 12am?No communication, I left a voicemail and no one called me back.The guy who came was rude and agressive. He didn’t want to bring the bags at my door, asking me to come pick up my bags myself.
