Dr. Bradley Hubbard removed my tonsils 12 days ago and did a remarkable job. He is the best surgeon I have ever come across and I had such a smooth recovery, that after 2 weeks I’m back to feeling completely normal and eating my regular diet again. Thank you for being so kind, and performing the surgery with zero complications. From the bottom of my heart I am very grateful for you Dr. Hubbard.

Dr Hubbard saved my life!!!! He is a wonderful surgeon!!! An amazing doctor!! I had a really complicated situation with my ear and after my surgery I got my life back after so many years of suffering. He saved my life!!! Words can’t describe how thankful I am!!! Was referred here by my family physician for my toddler, my appointment was yesterday. Dr. Hubbard and the front staff were very nice, this review is based on an interaction we had with the audiologist Matthew MacInnis - who referred to my son as a derogatory term in a joking manner which made me highly uncomfortable. He also seemed irritable by making other comments about his discomfort dealing with children moving about during the exam. Patience with toddlers is necessary and children and especially children of colour should never be referred to as a particular animal" which has a long history of racism built into it. I spoke directly with Dr. Hubbard and he apologized but I asked what more can be done to correct this individuals behavior

This review is meant for the administration staff at this clinic. The doctors are fine however the admin staff can’t be bothered to pick up the phones or get in touch with patients. I’ve been calling for three days and left three voicemails to get in touch. This is a complete lack of care within the healthcare system

This office is horrible with returning calls. Ive had my appointment re-scheduled 3 times due to “doctor emergencies” only to show up on the day I'm actually booked for and the office is closed, voice mail is full, the first time i came to this location i waited almost 1.5 hours. I dont understand this? Patients have a life too, gosh can you believe appointment for 12:30 and by 2:30 no one was there the office is closed. Just close the whole practice down i beg of you.

Bad service. We had an appointment at 11:30 and arrived at 11:15. They only called us at 12:45 ( 1 hour and half waiting). A family arrived at noon, asked the assistant to be assisted promptly because they had another appointment in another place. Doctor called this family before me and other people that were already there. I complaint saying our time was 11:30 and I showed the notification that my appointment was 11:30. Also, I said we have been waiting for a long time. The assistant just said I had to wait more.If you don't want to loose your time or see other people taking place before you or having an appointment in a rush, I suggest to go to another place.

I'm not sure how they do bookings but everytime we book a certain time, we always wait for at least 50 + minutes.It's very bad scheduling issue they have.Sk be aware of this. And have lots of patience.Best option to avoid this is to find somewhere else to go to.

I met with Dr. Hubbard recently for a consultation regarding a Tonsillectomy. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. The receptionists have also been great!

Nice doctor who works well with kids. Audiologist was a bit frustrated with having to redo the hearing test a few times because baby did not like the probe and cried but otherwise ok. Just be wary I told the doc I had a tongue tie revision completed and he said “oh yes there’s no sign of a tongue tie any more” and at no point did he evaluate tongue function. Definitely not appropriate to comment on something without proper assessment.
