The team at this location is so great! Always very kind and helpful. I got new tires last year and recently had a slow leak, they took care of it no problem and free of charge! I highly recommend this location.

These guys are phenomenal. Absolute rock stars. My tire popped while I was driving. I limped my van to this fountain tire and Ken and his guys went above and beyond to help me out. They ended up changing the blown out tire so I could make it to where my tires are stored. They totally could have taken advantage of me seeing as I don't know much about cars but they didn't. I can't express enough how helpful Ken was. I hate playing the role of damsel in distress but these guys really did save the day.

The last thing on this planet I wanted to do this year was drop a grand into new tires, but it was time. I have an EV and detested the stock tires. They were so noisy and didn’t really grip the road. Fountain Tire helped me choose the right tires for my car: the Sailus Erange. Far less road noise transfer. Decent grip. And apparently will save me 7% range. As far as happiness goes for buying tires, I’m pretty happy with these. I also get free flat repairs and tire rotations every 10,000km.Thank you, Fountain Tire for your guidance and helpful, friendly staff. I hope I don’t have to buy tires for a very long time, but, when I need them, I’ll be coming back to you.

I need to do a seasonal tire change and couldn’t get an appointment with Costco or OK Tire in the next 4 weeks. Fountain Tire has openings for me the next day, The total bill for the seasonal tire change was $179. Yes, it is like 2 times more than others places but there customer service is exceptional. They also provided service suggestions like my rear brakes is down to 1mm and my all season tire has bare minimum. You won’t get this top notch advice from others.

Have you ever gone to a car mechanic and not come away with a huge bill? Well yesterday I smacked my tire on a hidden curb and tore something under the car. Really upsetting! I went in this morning and not only were they able to get me in, they showed me the problem and repaired it in 10 mins. In this day and age honest, good people are hard to come by. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. Merry Christmas gentleman.

Booked an appointment for a tire change and alignment from 9am-12pm. Truck sat in the lot until 11:30 before it was even brought into the shop to change the tires. After changing the tires they forgot to do the wheel alignment and after discussion they reluctantly brought it back into the shop to do the alignment (it says on the Fountain Tire invoice and the website that they recommend a re-alignment with all new tire purchases).I understand you are busy but I recommend communicating with your customers that it would take over an hour longer than originally scheduled in order to set expectations.

This location is the best. Steve and Ken are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. So glad they could get my brake issue diagnosed in a timely fashion. Thanks again.

Sincere thanks to Kenneth and the team at Coquitlam Fountain Tire - they rescued me last weekend from a flat tire during a quick trip to Vancouver from the Island. The customer service - speed and most of all the price were absolutely amazing! I am so grateful to them and highly recommend them for business!!!!!

Super quick and honest!Found out my tire was complete flat on a December Monday. I fully expecting I will get the “sorry we are too busy” answer, to my surprised Ken said just to bring the car in, he said “we can’t promise the fastest but you should be good in 2 hours.” Half hour later he called back saying the flat can’t be fixed and my tires are all quite bald (which is absolutely true). He quoted me with very reasonable price and said he will try to get everything done by end of day, but if he can’t he will let me know around 4. By 4:10 I got a call saying everything is done!Very happy to brought my car in. I feel very at ease knowing they are doing a good job and didn’t try to up sell everything. I will sure come back for the brakes and other services when needed!
