You can take this review to the bank on so many levels- Nathan and Mac Screen Repair is absolutely the Best PC repair experience I have ever had since I bought my first Osborne PC back in 1982. The entire experience is so quick and refreshing. Nathan's follow-up is impeccable and his firm's pricing can't be beat. My 2020 MacBook Air M1 came back in better overall shape than when it left. The entire case, keyboard and logo were cleaned to look like the new screen that Nathan put in, and when the box arrived back to me it was packaged like a professional, and better than when it came in its original box from Apple. Mailed in my Macbook Air M1 for display repair all the way from Massachusetts. Initially went into apple to have it serviced, but prefered to not go with the corporate overlord factory repair. My wife found MacScreen Repair online. Nathan is an incredible communicator, multiple updates and very clear on pricing and recommendations. I cannot recommend his service enough. 10 out of 10 experience. The laptop was shipped back in pristine condition, packed very securely. Thank you for the great service!

Nathan did a great job on my computer! I had a 2020 M1 MacBook with a cracked screen. Other repair shops were charing me 500+ because they said the entire top portion of the screen had to be replaced. Nathan was able to only repair the screen for a lot cheaper and it was shipped and given back to me within a week! Amazing service, will definitely refer to friends and family.

Sadly the day prior I managed to crack the screen and break the display on my Mac Book Air. The owner of the establishment was very understanding, and wanted to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. They were the only computer shop in the area to actually pick up the phone during work hours. I have left voice mails for the surrounding shops, and have yet to hear back from them. I'm surprised Lake Superior State doesn't work with this fine establishment, as for checking at the school for other potential service workers, this place was the ONLY one to answer. I was on short notice and busy, but they made quick work of it. The quality and care put into the work was astonishing, can't even tell it was broken. best part was that the whole job took less than 24 hours.

I recently cracked my MacBook Air and wasn’t sure what I could do. After sending in a few photos, Nathan quoted me in the same day (for a fraction of apples price). The process is extremely easy and Nathan was able to fix the screen in one day. The work and professionalism is top notch, I recommend his service to anyone and I have 0 complaints. Nathan is terrific! I have used his services for two MacBook Pro screen replacements in the last month. He did a great job communicating every step of the way. The both Macs were returned in great shape -including one that had to be restored to factory settings based on a pre-existing issue with the drive. His pricing is very reasonable and way below Apple!Highly recommend!

Rarely do I wish there were 10 stars to rate someone, but I would surely select all 10 if there were. Mac Screen Repair is professional, fast, and a fraction of what I was quoted for a replacement screen for my MacBook Pro in Sarasota, FL. I was a bit worried about mailing my computer across the country, but I needn't have been concerned. Nathan sent me a mailing label and box with all the protective material I needed and it was back in my hands in about the time I thought it would take to just arrive on his end. My computer is like new. This was a really great experience and I can't say enough good about this service. Thank you Nathan!

Super fast, professional service at a great price! I messed up the LED on my older MacBook Air. It still works great and I don't need it for anything other than basic browsing/email, so I was not wanting to replace it if it could be repaired. I shopped around locally and could not find anything that seemed worth it. But Nathan popped up on my search results and I decided to give it a shot even though I'd have to mail my laptop off to Michigan and hope for the best. From the get go, the communication was excellent and he offered several options at different price points with realistic assessments of what I could expect. I picked the new LED option knowing I would likely end up with a bright spot on my screen where the case was dented. Nathan mailed me a laptop box, I returned it, he completed the repair, and then he mailed it back with tracking. The whole process only took a couple of weeks, most of that being transit time (which I expected). The repair is amazing--the bright spot ended up being tiny and if anything Nathan led me to believe it would be much worse when he offered this option. I could not be happier with the service I received! If I ever mess up another computer (hopefully not lol), I will absolutely be sending it here to be repaired. Thanks!
