Very bad customer service. It was my first time sleep country and it will be the last because of that sales person that worked today. I was looking for pillows. He was so attentive at first and the moment he realized we are not going to buy he just disappeared. Plus he made fun of us by saying cheap ones are at Costco you can buy them from there" . Very disappointing. Nothing like their commercials. They lost my business forever..."

Their commercial says it all: Why buy a mattress any place else? The sleep expert" was tremendously knowledgeable

Bought mattress In this location, sales representative was very nice and friendly, got high end mattress for a great deal! He gave it to us less then half price than it was listed on their website!I do recommend this location!

I bought a bed from the Dufferin location and was to be delivered to me on Sunday between 3-6 . My aunt passed away and her viewing was the same day but chose to wait and go later. They did not come until 7:30 making me miss the viewing. Then I asked about my pillows and where they were. They told me they did not have them that I had to go back to the store to get them. I called as directed, that if I had any problems to call. No one answered and no one got back to me. Now I’ll have to go back to the store and pick them up. Sometime to gain future business you must compensate the inconvenience. My day was wasted and ruined. I will go back this morning when they open to get my pillows more time wasted.

Do not buy from here, terrible service. We bought a new mattress, or rather TRIED to. We purchased it on Friday evening. The transaction came through on my credit card but apparently they had a glitch in their system and the payment was reversed. I called 4 days later, after I confirmed with my credit card company that the charge was reversed. They tried to process it over the phone, it didn't work. They called me back later to try again and it worked. Then they called me a MONTH later saying that the payment hadn't gone through. Credit card company showed that it had gone through. Sleep country refused to accept it. I had to fight the charge on my credit card. I've been back and forth with them for a month about this stupid mattress. Save yourself the headache, buy from literally anyone else.

Went in to buy a new mattress with my wife. Store was old, selection was far smaller than expected. Salesperson wasn’t all that knowledgeable and focussed on price point more than the product, features and best fit for us. We were extremely disappointed with the mattress after a week of tossing and turning. We went to a different location to arrange an exchange and were thrilled with the customer service, selection and spent significantly more for model that we chose after a full “comfort fit.” I would recommend Sleep Country but not this location

Really disappointed for their rude service.An Indian staff said to my friend”Find someone who is good in English! I don’t understand what he is speaking!” I felt so bad for what he did to my friend. It’s not an expected customer service!

We bought a high end Beauty Rest mattress that had a very thick pillow top. We found that the pillow top was too thick and made the bed feel too soft. After trying it out for about a week, we went back to the store to change mattresses. We chose the Beauty Rest Unity Lux Ocean, another high end mattress that has a thinner pillow top. The new mattress was delivered the next week; they took the initial mattress back. This Unity Lux Ocean is phenomenal. It completely isolates movement, whereby my wife and I cannot feel the movement of the bed when one of us jostles around. It’s a solid firm mattress, yet feels soft to the touch when you get in bed. An excellent perfect mattress!!!

Came in to buy a tempurpedic pillow and was met with the owner. Told him I'm looking to buy a pillow as I was checking the tempurpedic pillows (the one I came in to purchase) and he exclaimed that it was the most expensive and that the other pillows are on the wall. I asked him about a promotion of another sleep country establishment that was offered a month ago and he absolutely lost it when he heard that . Was very rude and told me to go shop there instead and asked why I even came here. I told him to walk away from me as I no longer wanted anything to do with him and he boasted that it was his store and that he does what he wants. Clearly he doesn't care about customers and only sales. Perhaps that's why it was completely empty while we were there. I would have bought the pillow regardless, however , he was not the kind of person anyone should be giving their business to.

The guy on the sales floor back in June (older man whose name starts with an M) helped me so much!!!I came in with severe back pain but looking to more window shop to compare prices with The Brick next door but instead he quickly won me over with his kindness and knowledge. I have scoliosis and not many people understand my condition but he did.He helped me find the PERFECT mattress at a great price. It's December, now and I still LOVE my mattress. I also haven't dealt with mattress related back pain since buying this. My previous one was from IKEA and NEVER AGAIN.
