The staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. I am impressed by their level of professionalism each and every time I visit this store. They are very attentive to their customers and always help you find the best deal.

I don’t know the cashiers name, he’s an Asian guy. I have to go into staples multiple times a week for my work and every-time I go in he badgers me about the “Preferred Account”. At this point he recognizes who I am, it’s extremely annoying. No means No. i don’t want your preferred account. Im not making that decision for my company.

I've Been Calling All Weekend To Make Sure They Had A Laptop For Me This Morning Called Again To Make Sure Cause I Was Coming In From Out Of Town I Get There And Everything That They Said Was In Stock Was Not Even From The Call This Morning This Was Very Upsetting Not Only Did I Waste My Time And Money But They Didn't Even Try To Come Up With A Solution

Went in to go return my USB-C cable that stopped working after a month. I didn’t have my receipt with me and I’ve been busy and they aren’t open after I’m off work. They told me that because it’s been over a month that they cannot do it. I’d rather drive three hours then ever shop here again.

I use reservation books for our Business and they need to be created each year and then bound properly for them to last the entire year. I went to Staples to have my books bound and left there a very happy customer! (I'm sort of picky!) The staff was great, caring and knowledgeable of the equipment and different options for binding books. Great job! Thanks guys!

today I bought an accounting program Sage 50, when looking there was a sage program that was compatible with Mac, however after getting home I found the one I bought was not, when I went to return it, same day, they would not take it on return, I will never step in another Staples store again.

I went in looking for printer ink, I was assisted by a very in your face persistent employee that kept trying to get information about my computer and what I do when there is a virus. How much virus removal costs and a cheaper way with someone removing the virus remotely. He stopped being pushy once I told him that I work for the RCMP. Then he asked me to get him a job with the RCMP.

Every time I have a question or anything the friendly staff and service team is always ready to help me with anything I need. No matter what I come in for I have always been extremely surprised with this Staples ability to help me. If you need any sort of tech/office supplies I couldn't recommend this location more! Great job, fantastic service and friendly staff.

Horrible customer service!! I went in to have our Covid passports laminated. I asked for help and staff not very helpful, at all, left me on my own trying to figuring out how to email document to them, then not informed that I had to print doc out on their self help printers, printers only use credit cards, I only have my debit card, so staff sells me a $1 gift card, printer charges 0.51c per print. And when I ask for more help, the only capable person of printing and laminating runs off right in front of me to go on her lunch break. (She knew I was there to laminate our cards). She wouldn't be back for 30 mins. I can't believe that she looked right at me when asked by other staff to help, shrugged her shoulders and took off. I live an hour away came to town to get things done and was on my way home. This was our last stop. Screwed them, I will not shop there again.

Good deals. I appreciated the friendliness of the staff without being pushy. Was able to pick up a printer for a good deal. The disabled parking spots are well situated and the drop curb is good for wheelchair users.
