The building is very conveniently located near save on foods and transit but the downside of that is that the skytrain is very loud from about 5am to 1am.Disappointing for a brand new building. My balcony door and windows are so drafty. Air is also leaking in through a gap between the floor and the wall. I had to weatherstrip a lot. The lobby doors and garage doors and elevators randomly stop working. The gym is pretty good but the wifi in there barely works.Building also seems mismanaged. The past few months I've seen people waiting outside the building multiple times who said they had appointments to tour the apartment but they tried buzzing the leasing office and no one answers. The front desk employee is also barely around and difficult to reach. I had a package delivered and tracking said it went to the front desk. I went to the front desk a dozen times during their work hours and even texted the employee at the provided staff number but got no response and couldn't catch him at his desk until after 3 days of trying to track him down. Also the building opened in Feb and staff said we wouldnt be receiving mail service until the end of Feb, but we didnt get mail service til the end of April. Apparently the staff forgot to open the mailroom for Canada Post to access it for a few months. We also have parcel lockers but none of my packages are ever put in the lockers. So i don't see why the staff was holding on to my package for days. They dont even notify tenants if they are holding any packages for them. I've also had packages left on the floor in the mailroom and in the hallway instead of parcel locker. Also the lease is restrictive- basically not allowed to put anything on the walls except picture hangers. So no mounting tvs on the walls, no putting up shelves, no anchoring furniture to the wall for safety. Also restrictive about the patio- no hanging lights on the railing, no deck flooring can be laid on the patio, no vegetable plants allowed, and no planter boxes hanging on the railing. No door mats allowed outside your door. The building is advertised as pet friendly but have a 1 dog limit and a dog size limit. The apartment doesnt have a designated potty area either, aside from a temporary grass area that they plan to build over anyway.

It's always important to recognize and appreciate when people go above and beyond in their job responsibilities, especially when it comes to providing timely and effective assistance in unexpected situations. I am thankful to Ziad for considering my issue and promptly acting upon it with due diligence. Thanks to Sean & Justin for their altruistic nature. Keep up the good work !!

In geometry, the notion of line or straight line was introduced by ancient mathematicians to represent straight objects (i.e., having no curvature) with negligible width and depth. Lines are an idealization of such objects, which are often described in terms of two points (e.g., {\displaystyle {\overleftrightarrow {AB}}}) or referred to using a single letter (e.g., {\displaystyle \ell }).[1]

I moved in once the Line opened in 2022 and I've been glad to be the first resident in the unit. This is such a beautiful home well designed and equipped, and its location is just perfect and very convenient as everything is within walking distance. The management here is well organized and responds so quickly. They've been super supportive from I moved in till this time where I am moving out. I would especially say thank to Byron, Sean and Justin. I am so sad to have to leave here but I am leaving for a good reason. I've been so happy with the Line and will miss it.

Building is alright.. like any apartment it depends on your neighbors. They cram as many suites onto each floor where the doors are so close together you can hear noisy neighbors mingling in the hallway right in front of your suite at all hours.Walls and floors are not very sound proof. If you have noisy neighbors again, the loud banging can be heard very clearly to the point your suite is shaking. Wether it is next door or above you, you can hear it very clearly. Can't even sit quietly and read a book.Other than that, it has nice amenities and many restaurants around. Nice it is close to sky train. It's our first time living in a highrise so my experience may or may not be similar to other buildings.

Location: great shops, so convenient being close to transit that will take you anywhere in the cityManagment needs work, not only the people at this building but the company in general. I really do not recommend living anywhere where PCI Warrington is managing.A week after moving in I received a note on my boyfriends car (in our paid parking space) threatening it to be damaged or never seen again if it was seen there again. When talking to management about it, Saurabhs first response was “maybe they were drunk”However I talked to Sean, another manager regarding the issue and he handled it great.I’ve had managment attempt to enter my apartment (when I was home) without giving 24h notice. Which left me uncomfortable and wondering how many times this has happened in the past. I resolved the issue with managment, something went wrong with the email list, however still as issue I shouldn’t have to deal with.I highly recommend speaking to Sean regarding more serious issues as he’s great as his job and very professional. Saurabh however seems extremely under qualified for his position, hes kind, but not very professional. The building itself: Sound proofing is good as i can’t hear my neighbours (apart from the people above me) Can hear the skytrain, honestly better than i thought. In the year I lived there 2/4 appliances break on me after light use. The repairmen left my apartment an absolute mess (I was not told to move anything out of the way for them) he left all my storage all over the bathroom and there was shoe marks and scuffs all over my floor when my washer was serviced. There is constantly animal pee and poo all over the lobby which is quite gross. We have 24/7 security which is nice, they are all super kind. However there’s been a few people smoking crack near the entrances (not unusual being so close to the skytrain) but possibly not ideal if you have children.Accessibility: The front entrance is accessible for wheelchairs, although the back hallway as well as the garbage room have no handicap automatic door. which could be difficult for some.

The rental prices keep skyrocketing with 1bhk starting from 2000 and this is with NO parking or storage. A 1 Bhk apartment has very less to almost no storage. Kitchen Countertop is 45cm. Too tiny. Bathroom mirror could have easily been accompanied with a storage behind it but no thoughtful designs are made in this building. Park boulevard has been constructed with much more thoughtful designs for storage and they even give light in wardrobes or closets. This place is built for rental only so if shows in the effort made to make it feel less home and more of a temporary place to stay. There is no permission to stick any wallpaper or make any curtain drillings in this unit either. Move to a bigger unit. One bed bath is way too small.

Beware all the 5 star have been given by their own people. Disappointed with the building rules and regulations. Even after paying a good amount of money in rent these guys want additional $150 for parking $50 for storage $50 for pet (including pet deposit) and even you cannot bring your relatives and guest here, they will charge extra $50 for additional per occupant fee. They are simply looting. You often hear false fire alarm here and everytime you need to pack you bags and run. Lifts are dirty. Would not recommend this residence to anyone.
