My husband had the sameSki equipment for 15 years and was overdue for an upgrade. Fortunately, we stumbled upon Ski Lab and their extremely knowledgeable sales person Dominique who went above and beyond educating us on new equipment and outfitting my husband who has a club foot. Dominique knew exactly how to outfit his new ski boots given his limitations. He spent well over an hour with us and my husband is over the moon with his new boots, skis and jacket. Thanks Dominique for your care and attention that is so hard to come by these days. Ski lab is lucky to have you!

Only had positive experiences at this place. Friendly bilingual sales people who have helped both my wife and I on 2 separate occasions. Quick to be served, someone always greets you and looks for someone to help you if they are with a customer. Will keep returning.

This is by far the best experience you can ever have with renting any skiing equipment. We were in and out with our gear within 5 minutes. The staff is very nice and clearly know their business and how to make their customers happy. Keep up the good work!

Thanks guys at ski lab, especially Jonathan who fit my boots for me today, thanks John you gave me the best boot fitting I have ever had. Will never go someplace else.I have extremely annoying feet to fit, normally it takes 6 hours and no one ever gets it right. this time it took 1 hour 50 minutes and It is perfect.Good job guys!!!Thanks, sincerely Jake.

We rented ice skates to use in the city because the staff at the store told us that there was a lake to ice ski; however there was nothing to ski at. Unbelievable.
