I ordered an arrangement for my best friend when she had her first grandchild. She loved it. It was better than I pictured it. The colours were bright and vibrant! I would show a photo but It will not upload it on here. Excellent florist, I highly recommend them.

I had received my order and absolutely stunned. This is not what i ordered at all, non of the Colors are the same. I was going for a bright sexy summer night for us to enjoy and was given this funeral like flowers. I had ordered premium which from what i can see as AS SHOWN, has 5 lilies, 3 orange, and 2 red + orange colour. 4 Yellow daisies and 5 orange roses. I received non of those or anything equal to even what was shown. Premium was defined as going above and beyond what the picture shows and i am disgusted with what i paid for. This is what i ordered compared to what i got. This is nothing close, 3 pink roses and lilies that haven’t even bloomed or won’t because it was picked so early. Don’t have things available you can’t provide even anything close to what was purchased.While contacting this store i was told that this was what i paid for and the same amount worth or greater. I was told they would take care of my situation. Than after a few days when i didn’t see my refund ( which i offered to just receive what i paid for because i really wanted this arrangement.) i called again to have ruth tell me i have to go through someone else to get it after the owner said he would take care of it.Worst way to do business ever. They should have never accepted this order if they couldn’t fulfill it. Would not recommend if you enjoy something from telefloral and think they’ll give you anything similar. The proof is in the pudding.
