Contacted the company twice because of the condition of the Canadian flag being displayed outside building on Milner Ave it was in bad shape.They took no action for at least 2 weeks to remove it , currently there is no flag fly outside building

The Enterprise is the rental to go to, their fleet of cars and trucks are new, and excellent with unlimited mileage. Prices are not high service is excellent. What more can you ask for.

Received a bill which my insurance company has already paid last year. And this guys still send me the bill.

Billed my credit card and insurance company. Five months later they will not pay me back. Dozens of phone calls have resulted in zippo. They also invented an agreement I didn't see, agree to or did I sign it. The St. Louis office says sorry and we'll call you in three business days, which never happens. Please avoid them.

They would not follow up with insurance for payment but instead go ahead and charge your card. Trash service

I received paper from Credifax that I rent a car from this company. I always had my own car. What the bul. sht going on?? I am calling them no one picking up the phone! It's horrible.

My car got write off by icbc.They provided me Enterprise rental car while waiting for my settlement. In first week Jan 18-25. I was unable to used the vehicle till jan 21. I called the representative to make sure that im covered with everything before driving the vehicle They told me icbc does not cover my insurance and i have to purchase it on my own .The rep told me its 9.99 cad a day. who wants to drive without insurance? but then i told the rep i will use the car in my 5th day of rental. He said its ok i will charge you from Saturday Jan 22-25. when i returned the car i saw that my credit card is charged 37.40cad so i assumed thats the insurance payment. Jan 26 icbc provided me again for the second time a rental Jan 26-feb15. This time i knew i shouldnt buy insurance from them. icbc and my insurance broker informed me that i dont have to purchase because my current auto insurance will apply to the rental car. Wow the sooner i know the better.when i returned the second rental car on feb 15. i it ended up ENTERPRISE charged my credit card 137.40cad total. I called them and they said thats the insurance charged. for 4days i have to pay that amount??? Common have a heart. It is not right selling insurance to people whose having bad days. Dont take advantage of people. I still have not cancel my current auto insurance since im not getting any rebates because of this rental car. so i ended up loosing my own auto insurance rebates and paying 137.40cad for my rental car ENTERPRISE. They are scammers, Economical insurance rented a car for me and they were fully responsible for all bills but I have been severally harassed by Enterprise through email, phone calls and mails that I owned despite explaining to them that I was a no fault driver and all that. I won’t fall for your threat, I am going to expose you and go to court if you continue harassing me. I have also read a lot of reviews and saw that you guys have done this to many people.

Enterprise is a business that engages in fraudulent practices for loss recovery. In my case since I was not willing to just pay them for repairs that were not my fault and all the documentation was provided to allow them to go after the proper person. When I challenged the validity of the claim against me their immediate recourse was to just ban me! So they lose me as a customer, they don’t get my money and everyone who will listen hears about the risks of renting from a questionably run business.
