Bugs Or Us Pest Control

I have used Bugs Or Us a few times over the years for various issues. Marcel is always prompt and courteous and I got great service at a low cost. I would highly recommend Bugs Or Us to anyone having pest control issues.

Ended up speaking with Russell who advised he would be there the next morning at 9. Waited until 10 to contact him again, he advised he was in Waterloo on the way. After hearing nothing, texted at 4PM advising I would look elsewhere. I'd love to have taken advantage of these great prices, but when the person won't even show, I had to goto a proper professional.

It can be hard to find good, honest, decent people but I'm happy to say Marcel is one. We will definitely use him for any future needs and certainly recommend him to anyone in need.

I had some wasps in between the bricks at the side of my house. I called Marcel and he was very helpful , was able to treat my home quickly and price was reasonable. He was cheaper and could get there sooner than anyone else in the area. I haven't seen any wasps in the last few days. Thanks Marcel !

Unresponsible and unethical, their act neither helped in reducing the pest nor they kept the word of the doing a free 2nd service, if we could find the pest again within a month. Will never recommend their service to anyone.

This company does a great job. They are very knowledgeable, and worth the price they charge. They were able to get rid of a severe infestation of carpenter ants for us that we inherited with our first home purchase. We get the outdoors sprayed each year to keep them at bay, and no problems since working with Marcel! These guys are friendly to boot. I should mention that although these guys are excellent, scheduling and punctuality can often be an issue, and many times over these past few years I do not find out until after they have not arrived that they are not coming, even if there are times confirmed via text. This is the only reason why they get 4 stars. Regardless, I ask this business back yearly, and it is nice to support a small business.
