Westboro Flooring & Decor

We recently purchased 2 area rugs from Westboro Flooring and are very pleased with them. Lynn Leslie took the time and patience to listen to our preferences and made great recommendations for our final selections. It was a pleasure dealing with Lynn. Also, delivery staff were on time and very helpful.

I had an amazing experience with Westboro on both our carpet install and flooring supply.We decided to install the flooring ourselves but the product we selected has been fantastic! Sara and Heather from the design studio made the process so smooth. We got a great deal on the LVT as part of their warehouse sale.As for the carpet install/ colour selection we also couldn't be happier. The product is great & the installers were kind and very quick!Overall from sales-install the experience has been 10/10.Thank you to all the staff at Westboro for making our experience so effortless.

Dealing with Westboro was a nightmare. The salesperson at Westboro Flooring made a good sales pitch so we signed a contract with them to replace our kitchen and hall-way floor for $4,300 in early June 2019. From there everything went downhill. The titles were supposed to be installed in 3-4 weeks but it took them five months to get the titles that they supposed had in stock at the time of sale. Once the titles arrived, they realized they had forgotten to order transition pieces for the seams! Their contracted installers worked hard but were not trained leading to many gaps between titles where glue has oozed out and cannot be cleaned. They cut the titles too short so the quarter rounds could not cover the gaps and we had to go and buy three-quarter inch sideboards to hide the gaps. They badly failed in cutting and installing the sideboards too, especially the coroners (see attached pictures). I would not recommend them to anyone.

My floor was ruined in a plumbing accident. I went to Westboro Flooring because it’s a neighbourhood business and because it has a very good reputation. Everyone there (especially Tom and Roberto) were so good. They all made what was a very upsetting situation for me easier and they did a lot of the work that the Insurance company required. I would definitely recommend them and if I need more work done I’ll go back to them. I got the Wickenders Majestic Oak Vinyl flooring and it is beautiful.

Very friendly and professional service. Dayna gave us option of online or in-person purchasing. She knew her product and helped us find exactly what we were searching for. Price for backsplash met or beat the competition.We'll definitely shop here again!

The staff is knowledgeable, timely, professional, and helpful. They had a sample of the tile I wished delivered to the store, organized delivery, and in all it was a very positive experience.

I have purchased a couple of electronic blinds now from Westboro Flooring and Decor. Their service has always been great. They have prompt communication and the order, delivery and installation was seamless. Will for sure use them again.

We got a herringbone pattern kitchen backsplash installed. Tons of work, lots of cuts but it turned out beautifully thanks to the great work by installers Junior, Kevin, and Eric. They did a great job and cleaned up well and took care to get it done right. Would highly recommend.

It was a positive experience as staff allowed us time and space to investigate the many options that we had; and then provided insights with explanations that allowed us to make an informed decision about our final selection. Extremely helpful throughout the process.

We got carpets installed on stairs and hallways.The installers, Hussein and his two brothers, did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite and courteous.There are two areas that need improvement in the whole carpet buying and selection process.First, the carpet manufacturers do not clearly label the carpets on the back like hardwood manufacturers do. That does not always reassure the customer that the purchased carpets was actually what was delivered. Alternatively, the customer should be provided a larger sample, about one square foot, to keep to compare. Majority of the sample sizes at the showroom are very small (4 inches by 4 inches).Second, there needs to be more transparency in estimation/measurements, clearly showing actual area, waste and any spare. Upon delivery, the customer should be shown that the correct amount was delivered. If there was too much spare leftover after the installation, the customer should be offered some credit for the material as well as installation.Other than that, I am also very pleased with the service I received at the showroom by the sales associate, Sarah and the manager, Heather as well as by the other Westboro flooring staffs with whom I dealt over the phone and/ or by email.
