We have been using Kirbapeal for various items such as snow removal, pressure washing to eves-trough cleaning at our rental properties in Medicine Hat. They have always done a great job and been communicative with us. Today they went over and beyond and notified us of something that was happening near our properties that would or could potentially effect them. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work Jason and his team have done for us over the last couple of years. Thank you!

I couldn't believe how prompt Jason was! He had a quote and estimate to me so quickly and the job scheduled all in one day! The house looks amazing and he sends you pictures of before/after so you can really see the difference! He even went as far to look at our shingles when he was on the roof! Highly recommend this company! He has a client for life now!!

This business was prompt to reply to my estimate request and scheduling of the free quote visit. A detailed explanation of the job was provided, the appointment was scheduled promptly and the employees arrived on time.The customer service was professional with a detailed explanation of what to expect and recommended moving some planters and yard decor as to not get dirty or damaged.They provided a video of the completed job showing the gutters were thoroughly cleaned and included a view of the condition of our shingles which was much appreciated. The job took a reasonable amount of time and they were mindful of the clean up of our yard as well as our neighbors. Would definitely recommend!

We take great pride in maintaining our home so we contracted with KirbApeal for exterior house cleaning June 2022 and we paid $5,028.74. This includes $576.30 for annual 'Residential Gold Membership' to June 2023.While the owner Jason Wilks was on our property he left a 65' long concrete sealant stain on our walkway and stairs from the front of the house leading to the back of the house. This area was NOT on the contract. See photos attached.I met with him to view this. He explained the tool that spreads the concrete sealant had leaked as it was being carried from the front to rear of the house, hence the 65' long stain.He then explained he would have to wait until the temperature was below 25c, and he contemplated using a high-pressure hose to clean it off.He turned to me and said, 'All I want to do is make you happy.'September 2022 comes around, temperatures have cooled, and no communication from Jason Wilks so I begin an e-mail thread to ask him when he will be following up with his plan to 'make you happy.'Jason Wilks wrote he did rectify his mistake but the photos attached (date stamped April 2023) show otherwise. He avoids responsibility and there is no resolution.I begin dialogue with the BBB. Jason Wilks still can't think of a fix for his mistake so I invite him to come to the house with my 3 options to rectify his error. He avoids responsibility and there is no resolution.The 65' long stain remains visible today. It is permanent.So, having paid Jason Wilks $5,028.74 including 'Gold Residential Membership' to June 2023, he has altered the appearance of our home with a permanent 65' long stain. Our home is worse since his involvement. This does not reflect the virtues he presents in his LinkedIn profile.

We had our driveway and sidewalks cleaned by Jason and the job was amazing! 35 years of dirt was cleaned away to make our place look new! Very punctual on getting estimate & completion of the work. Highly recommend this company!

Excellent service, they did an amazing job cleaning our exterior top to bottom (windows, house exterior, deck, driveway, sidewalks, doors, hot tub cover, gutters), we can definitely see a difference after years of dirt build up!! Kind, friendly & professional service, would highly recommend.
