We trusted Frank with the job of re-upholstering our antique dining room chairs and are very pleased with the results. He obviously takes the time and care necessary to produce high quality work and does it for a reasonable price.

Unfortunately as it has been approximately 6 months since we had the chair recovered, now we have a problem with the chair becoming wobbly. I was under the impression Frank would tighten and secure the frame before he reupholstered. I have reached out to him a couple of weeks ago when I first noticed the problem and his reaction was not what I was hoping for. Now I do not want to go back and have him look at it to fix the problem. Needless to say we would not use him again.

Excellent work completed beyond expectations! The care and attention to detail for my worn dining room chairs and ottoman resulted in a finished product that was better than new. So proud and pleased with the work done. Thank you.

Frank's workmanship is definitely 5 star. We are happy with the work he did. But I am not at all happy about his unfortunate blunder with calculating how much material he needed for my couch and armchair.When I originally went to pick out material, he dissuaded me from taking anything with a pattern, citing it would not wear well and would be difficult to line up. So we went with a neutral solid material. Boring but practical. He kept telling me about how very different his workmanship was from others in town.That was last November. He ordered the material the same week and we knew it was sitting there since then. He told us he could have it done first week of February.We asked him if we could bring it in on January 4th as we were having our floors replaced. He said yes which was very kind as he doesn't have a lot of space. I called mid-February as we had not heard from him. He said it would be mid-March because of Covid, his assistant couldn't come to work. That was fine.2 weeks later he calls and tell me he doesn't have enough material because it has a nap and the pattern can only be placed one way, which creates a lot of waste. He then tells us the material is on back order and he doesn't know when it will be in. So I chose something different so we could get it back. He kept telling me he has been in business a long time but if that is true, how does he not understand about the nap in material. Why didn't he order enough?I had started decorating my living room with the first colour of material and bought a really great rug which would have looked amazing with the 2 pieces. Now I have to get rid of the rug and buy another one. He did offer to take off the cost of the new material ($500) but I didn't feel right about that as it's quite a bit of money for him to be out. So I paid it all.And I am so unhappy about how these 2 pieces turned out. And he placed the material on the sides of the couch the opposite way so it looks darker than the rest of the couch. For close to $5,000 for the 2 pieces, I would have expected it to be much better than it turned out.SO bottom line, most people are happy with his work. If I had received what I ordered, I would have given him 5 stars. Would I use him again? I really don't know.

Frank did a fantastic job! We had four dining chairs reupholstered and they look beautiful. We highly recommend this business.

Called because I want to get a chair done and the man was so rude! He asked for a photo of the chair to be sent to him and when I asked him for his email he asked how did you find me...I said Google he told me to Google his email. I think because it was a small job he just did not want to even have a real conversation with me...I will be just calling the next company on Google.

Frank did an awesome job of making replacement cushions for our outdoor patio set of couch and two chairs! We chose a striped pattern and every one of those stripes lines up perfectly on the upper and lower cushions. A really pro job done exactly as we had discussed and delivered on time with a smile. Highly recommend this business!
