We (me and my family), feel like we're in home. Quiet and safe place to live.

Fell in love with the location and the building but was too late to sign a lease on an apartment! One of the CLV workers Sarah helped me out tremendously by keeping me up to date on units that became available over the course of the month as well as scheduling numerous visits. Because of her I was able to sign a lease on my dream apartment! She was incredibly patient and helpful!

I highly recommend Samuel Brand (CLV rental agent who helped us) to all of my friends and family if they're looking for an apartment to rent.My interaction with Samuel began when I sent an e-mail inquiry on a unit listed on Zumper that my dad was interested in and only a few minutes later, I received a call from him. He is very professional, personable, efficient and extremely helpful!The first unit didn't quite met our needs after the visit but he took the time to understand what we were seeking, answered our questions and found solutions by recommending other units that CLV had available with the criteria that we had. Not only was Samuel great at his job, he really cared about us in finding a unit that we were happy with and that really speaks volume of the overall wonderful and helpful person/agent he is.Keep up the amazing work, Samuel! This is truly a home away from home . A safe , serene ,secure and very clean building with parking available. Close proximity to stores , pharmacies , gym, etc. Situated in a prime location which is a plus. Management was very responsive , helpful and accommodating with the rent process and still responsive even after moving in! So amazed. I am genuinely happy! 100% would definitely recommend!!

I love CLV group i was a previous tenant on the Kingsley apt in Cote Saint-Luc, and recently moved on Parc Kildare apt. They are pet friendly, super nice staff (Sarah who has shown me the units and now i live in one) Andrei who does maintenance, they are fantastic people. The surrounding of this area is clean and well maintained, CLV takes good care of their buildings, I am impressed. Only one thing, the main office for this Parc Kildare building, the receptionist barely answers my questions by emails or never picks up the phone. Except for when i had to sign the lease and make a deposit, at the beginning she was super quick to answer my questions...Now I am their tenant it's been almost a month, we will see...I just hope i won't lose my patience over time.Except for the office, CLV is great to rent, I lived 2 years on Kingsley, only had good experience. As long as you're nice tenant , they will be nice.

I and my wife was trying to find new apartment and finally I found Parc Kildare.Its nice, beautiful, clean, quite and clam place.I feel secure for my family.Nice place to live and I specially thankful to Mr. Jack, who helped me to understand the things and his help give me opportunity to live in this site. Mr.Jack is polite and professional with nice smile. Once again thanks Mr. Jack for your help. I highly recommend Mr. Jack for my friends and thier families, who's trying to find apartment.
