My subscription to RescueCom is some of the best money I've ever spent. From a taskbar link I simply open a workorder and a tech calls me back, remotely logs on, assesses my issue(s) and resolves everything. It's a luxury not to worry about losing my investment and know I'm up-to-date with apps/programs, at the same time having experts show me what to uninstall to keep my computer working at top speed and threat-free. I'd classify RescueCom as a boutique service: Unlimited personal attention at any time, no matter how long it takes. I haven't had one complaint in almost 3 years now, so I can't recommend them enough.
