Tom Gruss owner/tech provides excellent service. Came same day we called as he was coming our way to Augusta. Fixed our 11/2yr old Samsung fridge. Very happy with his repairs and cost, will use him again.Thank you for a job well done!

Have a Hisense fridge that door will not stay closed. He had to drive an hour to the site tried to fix it but still have issues because of Hisense. Tom is working with me to reschedule and resolve issue but Hisense is being a pain.

I live in Belt, I called Toms daughter to make an appointment and Tom was there that evening and fixed my refrigerator. Knowledgeable and completed the repair at more than a fair price. I wont go to anyone else now.
