Clean, friendly location of this fast food franchise. They have a great community spirit and decorate the restaurant for most holidays. One star off for constantly changing staff, though.

For starters I love A&W. This store in particular struggling with customer service.Long wait in the drive through and it's 2 in the afternoon, my order finally passed to me, then wait for my drink which she forgot, only to pull away and find no fries either.Second time in less than 2 weeks my order was wrong

Washrooms were closed. Only 2 or the people working when we came through at lunch time. Took probably ten minutes to get our order and we were the only ones. Lady working was nice.

Worse service ever, waited 25 minutes for food while the front server Rebecca was too busy stopping the cook from doing his job, to busy worry about personal life stuff. Attitude like crazy when telling her she messed up my order, don't waste your time or money might as well go to a restaurant for the price and will be faster with less attitude.

NOT GOOD MY CHICKEN SANDWICH TASTES HORRIBLE IT TASTES LIKE ITS BEEN THERE ALL DAY. THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS VERY NICE AND Courteous. But I will not go here again.

We just visited This location on August 18. I decided to go in to order two burgers and a coffee, since the lineup for the drive-through is quite long.There clearly was not enough staff. A young girl Was working the counter and the drive-through window, and really hustling. We waited for over 40 minutes!!! Why would a manager not step in or Or add extra staff on the shift? There’s not much choice in Marathon, and I even rarely eat at a&w, I definitely will not stop here again.

Visited this establishment today in Marathon Ontario a Saturday afternoon kids are running the place had to ask them who was packing up orders as two were on the tills taking orders while they were piling up in the shelves to be packaged up once I asked, then girl on the till started packaging up orders our meal was cold I also had to ask the same person who’s also packing up the food to wash your hands before they handle my food I was told by her that they’re not required to wash their hands when it’s busy I made a fuss and told the truth and said yes you are required to wash your hands before you handle peoples food she actually tried to argue about it anyway long story short expensive meal was cold and the integrity of the cleanliness is still a question I can’t believe an employee would be told not to wash their hands between handling the till functions and your food also she was looking in the burger packages to see if people got the right stuff on their burgers like really you’re handling their food!
