Qigong at 10:00am on Monday Wednesday and Friday with Grant has a healing effect for me. It rejuvenates me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I feel harmony and strength in such good ways as Grant leads us. He is a wonderfully down to earth master of the art.

The beginner calisthenics class is a fun way to work out! Swinging from monkey bars, climbing around parallel bars, and jumping from burpees to hang from overhead bars. Can’t wait to try the ropes!
