This place knows meat. The highest of quality. Their dry aged stuff is so good and their regular steak as well.

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I just listened to what they had to say about what I bought and it was an intriguing take on a prime rib. 10/10 would shop here again.

Always awesome. Calabria isn't your usual butcher shop - you won't find piles of meat cut in some factory and then just displayed in a case, they do almost everything in the store. Some of the best beef and pork I've ever found anywhere - so fresh!

A huge last minute google win for us, they were the ONLY Butcher’s open till 8 on a Saturday.So right there I mean come on sheeple,We made this tonight for 9$!From farm too store to plate, Marinated vacuum sealed and ready to eat after 23mins or less. It was delicious. I also got beef bones too make my own broth, with excellent tips from Sue on how too do that and great tips on new cuts. Like beef braised beef tail. After the broth cleanse I shall return here for the Bacon and the hand made dried meats. Ps: they have everything for charcuterie on the fly! Selection Cheese’s too. These guys are doing it right in the wrong side of town. So I thought I’d give them a shout out.

me and my family love this place! we prefer to get our meat, eggs, and milk here rather than the supermarket. after having fresh meat from the butcher its impossible to go back. we've had countless amazing meals thanks to our friendly neibourhood meat market and many more to come. highly recommend. my personal favorites are their pre-seasoned ribs, ground beef and smoked cheddar cheese

Calabria Meat Market is the best!!Frank the butcher is an artist. I asked if he could make Buckwheat Sausage using my Grand Mother's recipe and he was more than happy to give it a try. Buckwheat Sausage is all but impossible to find on the west coast and this Manitoba boy missed his breakfast sausage. I have been hunting for Buckwheat Sausage for 20 years. Well I need not look anymore! My Grand Mother would give Frank a hug and a smile of approval bless her soul. Frank got her recipe perfect!!!Susie always greets everyone with the biggest smile and most positive energy! You can't help but love her.Great shops like Calabria are fewer and harder to find but so worth the hunt.If you love great meats and sausages and so many more special products take the time to visit Calabria Meat Market.I can't say enough. Incredible quality and love for meats that is shown through and through by the quality of product. They have tasty recipes made in house that exclude nitrates and are low-to-limited salt in most of their in house cooking (I had no idea for such a long tie). The owners and the staff are so hospitable and helpful with all their knowledge about health or cooking. Never would I go anywhere else.

Awesome butcher shop! The owners are super friendly and the meat quality is great. I asked if they were able to make a custom sausage using a recipe from my country and they were very happy to take the special order. I also ordered some cuts that are hard to find here, and they were able to get them for me in a week. Highly recommended.

The owners are the friendliest, most helpful, energetic individuals! Love their attitude and enthusiasm over not just products, but at life in general. I've never felt so welcomed in a Meat Market before - will definitely be returning.
