Nature's Way Holistic Health Squamish & Whistler - Mobile Massage, Shiatsu, EFT

Heather gave me a shiatsu massage at my home in Vancouver. I was a bit nervous as I have a history of sports and work injuries and had an idea of shiatsu as involving twisting and application of force. Heather understood my concerns and was very careful and gentle. She worked me over in ways that can only happen when you relax and put yourself in capable hands. I felt loose and free of chronic tension and pain for days after the treatment. I'd highly recommend a session with Heather to anyone who asked!

If you have emotional trauma and physical pain that is unresolved from regular physical therapy alone, I highly suggest Heather. She is extremely insightful and able to coach you through difficult emotions and let them go so that pain is diminished and much more manageable. She is an excellent masseuse so even if you don’t require any type of therapy, you will enjoy a wonderful massage with just the right pressure. Thank you Heather, always a pleasure!

A couples massage in the comfort of our own hotel room after a week of skiing was truly a treat. Heather was able to provide my wife with excellent relief from some chronically tight muscles, and Filip found and corrected a number of spots on my body that I didn't even realize needed attention. His integration of stretching and some active work truly enhanced the experience.

I have had one massage with Heather-Lee and she has been very professional and also very interested into easing my stress. I mostly needed a massage because of too much stress. Heather-Lee introduced EFT and has been also very kind by offering me some demonstration of the technique of tapping combined with the massage. It was very interesting and helped to release some of my stress. I would definitely recommend Heather-Lee!

Worst massage experience I’ve ever had. The only relief that came out of it was that she didn’t hurt me physically. She was late, unprepared, disorganized and kept trying to upsell me in a very pushy way on products, services like EFT and relationship coaching. I kept saying no and she kept pushing. When I said I had other therapists I work with, she questioned their quality and abilities. Then she interrogated me on my life- asking everything from age, whether I have planned to have kids, what relationships issues I had (pushed on this multiple times) to what I discuss in my therapy sessions (she really pushed on this when I refused to give more answers). I couldn’t relax and kept waiting for it to be over. Then I had to clean the floors after her because she forgot indoor shoes- there were rocks on the floor from her shoes. She didn’t use enough pressure even when I kept asking for it-not really shiatsu at all. She was also late, spent 30 minutes preparing because she was so unprepared and needed supplies from me and I had to find them. Then after the session, she seemed to have wanted me to pay more because she went longer in time, but only because she was so late and disorganized. I paid her what was agreed upon before hand.I don’t know how she stays in business. Save your money, time and headache. I felt more stressed out from this massage than relaxed. If I wasn’t so stressed out still, I’d write a more thorough review but am going to try to find a real massage now.

Following my surgery I was anxious to kickstart my recovery. Heather, her lotions, potions and amazing healing massage techniques …. WOW! An exfoliating facial, and massage was incredible. Heather is kind, professional and incredibly skilled. I’ll welcome her back into my home again soon!

Heavenly hands! Heather has a lot of attention to give you a relaxing experience. Her knowledge of meridians and shiatsu as well as incorporation of aromatherapy is a treat.

I went snowboarding with my wife in Whistler 2 weeks back, on our way back to North Vancouver I decided to check out massages nearby, found this on Google and tried it. Heather and her employee gave us a couples massage, and set up such a peaceful and relaxing ambience. We both fell asleep during the massage (that's how good it was). We were sore from snowboarding but after the massage, we felt rejuvenated and flexible again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Me and my wife got massage from Heather a day after skiing at whistler. It was very last minute but Heather was very accommodating and worked with our tight schedule. We both got relaxation massage and it was totally worth it. The price was more than reasonable for having the therapist come to you. Highly recommend to everyone!
