Kitchen Creations is superb--excellent custom service even years after installation, a caring staff, and attentive to small details that matter to home owners. They installed our cherry kitchen and cupboards for 2 full baths which are now 16 years old and still look new. We've added to the kitchen, requiring additional cupboards custom stained to match the originals, and have had KC co-ordinate granite installation in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend them HIGHLY!

Good: Allie was easy and personable to deal with. Matt, the countertop manager was also great to deal with, was very responsive and eager to deal with the installation issues.Bad: installation. Installed both sides of the countertop crooked. Came back to fix it. Cut the edge of the quartz countertop to make it straight, covering everything in half the house with dust. Repositioned the other side, so hole in wall that they cut is somewhat visible. The backsplash doesn't line up evenly with the countertop. After repositioning, the sealant between the countertop and backsplash that was applied doesn't match the original stuff they used, and doesn't meet behind the sink, so there's a gap that already has mold/dirt in it. For the amount of money we paid we expected a more professional looking finished product, and one installation date.

From beginning to end of our project we met quality work, reasonable prices, and responsive and pleasant office staff and workers. Work was done in a timely fashion with attention to details and our preferences. We love our new kitchen!
